Best place in town for fittings and hydraulics. They always have what you need and there are no long lines.

I went to New-Line Hose and Fittings yesterday with a hand drawn image of our process and the parts that we need. They spent 45 minutes trying to find me a solution as the parts do not exist. They were patient and knowledgeable of the gases that would be used in our process. The lady that helped me was friendly and patient and optimistic when referring me to Bosch and OxyPro. She was a gem, and while they did not have the parts on hand to create what I needed on the spot, she directed me to the right vendors in Calgary. Hands down 5+ stars for New-Line!

Love New Line! customer service is great, follow thru is awesome. they keep great track of your records so when needing to reorder it's easy. Friendly and courtesy , high quality products. knowledgeable staff that assists with anything needed, help to improve issues with equipment that continues to break down so replacing is not needed. Highly recommend.

I have PTSD from buying many terrible garden hoses from big box stores. I went on a mission to find a hose that was going to last more than a year and easily wind onto a hose reel without twisting and tying itself up with a million knots and kinks.I came across New-Line and their 1/2 X 50' rubber garden hose. This crew is helpful and professional, and Stan took great care in understanding what I required and working to assist me on the spot. I walked out completely satisfied with the help and service, and also with a few hard to find items that I was looking to pick up anyway and noticed while waiting in their well stocked storefront. The service from this shop was awesome! They were friendly, professional, helpful and not at all pushy. I had purchased a garden hose from a big box store which shall remain unnamed (fairly sure it was last year or the year before), and it ended up getting cracks in it over the winter, so I wanted to see if I could find something that would hold up better in our climate. They took the time to show me a number of different options, made some solid recommendations and they even have PINK hoses, which is what I ended up going with! :) Not only is the hose super pretty, you can tell that the quality is top-notch and I shouldn't have to worry about replacing it for a long time.
