Back In The Saddle Auto

Bad times. First they did not retorque my tires properly after my brakes were replaced by them, and by the time I found out I had two lug nuts left on my drivers side back tire. I had to get the bearings and the wheel replaced, but even better was when I asked back in the saddle if they could help and they refused since “it happened after it left the shop so we take no responsibility.” So whatever I guess that’s on me.But then I got my winter tires put on at Kaltire, who informed me that my brand new brakes that were put on were not lubed, so I had to pay for that service as well. (X2 cause they did both back and front)As well, I had a 2019 Jeep cherokee. They told me my struts needed to be replaced since they were leaking. I went to the dealership to see if it was under warranty, but they informed me that they don’t need replacing after all.This has been a nightmare to deal with, so learn from my mistake.

Awesome service. Fit me in by lunch and finished wheel bearing repairs the same day by 330pm. Had no problems with me bringing my own parts. Did not try to up sell me on anything else. Excellent experience, I will use them again in the future!

This is a great place to take my cars, because they are HONEST. They will not try to upsell or do any work that is not necessary. I have been going to them since just after they opened. The only negative is sometimes they are so busy that it is a wait to get a booking. But, let me stress that the reason they are busy is because they are HONEST and they are good at what they do.They also stand behind their work. Their rates are fair and lower than the dealership or Canadian tire.

My car decided to have a gremlin inside it over the weekend. I had no idea what was wrong with it. I was stuck with my kids at home and wasn't able to drop it off. The team at Back in the Saddle was awesome enough to come pick up my car for me and take a look at it and only order the parts I needed. I had an awesome great first experience; I will definitely be back in the future when needed. Thank you Back in the Saddle.

Back In The Saddle is by far the best mechanic shop I have ever dealt with. My girlfriend and I were on our way home to Edmonton when we broke down 30km outside of Cochrane, we later arrived in a tow truck at their shop near closing time. The next day was the holiday Wednesday so they stayed late to get us back on the road. We would have been stranded without a vehicle for several days if not for their help. Even better, the work was done right at an insanely reasonable price! Could not be more thankful for the excellent service!

Honest and reliable. Highly recommended. Not only do they offer the lowest out of province inspection fee, they could have charged for some other ridiculous unnecessary work to have me pass the OOP , but they were true and honest. My husband went somewhere else in town and ended up paying 3 times more and I would say his car is in way better shape than mine!

Widely respected in town, and reasonable prices, as a result unfortunately very busy.They are very up-front about repairs, and willing to explain in as much detail as you need.I do most of my vehicle's work myself, so I know enough to catch dishonesty (though I definitely like to avoid it) and may stomach it for cost savings. Thankfully, my experiences here have been honest, accomodating, and reasonably priced.After trying a few places around town, most can do the job ...at least well enough, but here they have the skill, respect for you, and (much less common) respect for our vehicles.

Service is the best. I have had my vehicles serviced here for 15+ years. Prices are reasonable, but most importantly, they will never ever suggest work that is not needed. If you want a mechanic you can trust, this is the place to go.

Great shop I take my vehicles there whenever something is out of my skill set. Very Honest and more then a few times they came in lower then there quote! Will continue to recommend them to anyone who needs car repairs.
