Had an overall pleasant experience at Lassman Studios today. Although I haven’t received the photos yet, I expect great results given how professional and meticulous the photographer was. The receptionist and photographer were both very friendly.

I am not one to normally leave reviews but I just have to spread the awareness of just how cheap this company is. They start off with an already insane price for the photos, and even to switch from the regular background (which is full colour ink) to the white background costs an extra 5 dollars. They offer awful package choices and charge an extra fee to do even the smallest adjustment. The photographer's themselves were nice but the parent company ruins any chance of making this a good choice. Do not use them for any photos shoots.

Never recommend this place to anyone. I had my graduation photos, and they provided a link to see them. When I went there and tried to order, they only had packages. I mean, I don't want your packages. Just give me what I need—that is, customer care. I need four photos, and the package is $240. They have the same photo in different sizes. I mean, if you can't give me what I need, what's the point of it? You should have to learn what to supply according to your customers' choices; it's my choice, and no one else can make it. very disappointed since they haven't allowed me to download it even. very bad experience, and this is the first time I experienced something like this in Canada. I don't know why our college selected them, and we decided to talk to them sooner.

Great experience getting my Graduation photos done . Amazing customer service and the photos came out great. The photographer was really helpful in terms of the poses and ensuring that you r happy with the photos .

I would not recommend buying any photos from here. It’s super expensive and the quality is not worth the price. I spent around $100 and ordered a photo and a frame but I’m extremely disappointed by the quality of the frame. It doesn’t sit up by itself, the stand is way too short. The material of the stand is literally like paper. I wasted so much money and was so excited for these photos but I can’t even put the frame up anywhere, I have to make it lean against the wall. I’m so disappointed by their products.

Had my graduation photos taken by Lassman Studios and honestly they were only okay. I have to say I did not get the best customer service experience especially with ordering my photos. When you order the packages you get the choice of photo retouching $0.00/photo for any minor blemishes and they couldn’t even do that, especially when I showed them that it was an option on the website. Apparently it’s an “order process” but won’t actually reflect on your order if you choose said option. Also they won’t even give you a confirmation email if it’s been shipped or not, along with no tracking number. However, the only good part of the actual service was the photographer. He was real nice and got good shots. The lighting of the actual photos were too bright and washed out my skin. The proofs provided when you pay the $30 for graduation photos in school have the watermark, when I was told it won’t be, so that’s another down side to this service. There are definitely other photography places that can capture your graduation photos, please be weary of who you decide to go with.

I ordered my Grad Photos through Lassman Studios and unfortunately there were issues with Canada Post delivering the photos to me. I reached out to Lassman Studios and they handled the situation very kindly and quickly. They reprinted the photos and shipped them to my new address since I was moving back home after living downtown. Very great service and appreciated their understanding of the situation.

What an worse experience! I am a recent graduate student of Concordia University. I was taken the Graduation Photo by an white man from this studio on May 11, 2023. The experience was really bad. The photographer was almost yelling at every graduations student and he had no patience. When I was the photo after one day, i was not satisfied. I spent a lot of time and 70 dollars on makeup, but the photographer was impatient. He took the photo without even reminding me to sit up straight.Btw, if you want to receive the digital copy, you need to pay extra money. I paid $120 to get the digital copy of 2 photos.

I had the pleasure of having my pictures taken by Adrian. This review is to recognize the high level of customer service that he provided. I was running late due to an accident on Eglinton, which made me about 20 minutes. As I entered, Adrian was eating his lunch. I would be unable to return at a later time because I was commuting from far. Adrian still managed to squeeze me in to take the pictures, and did so efficiently and quickly. I really appreciated him going out of his way to help me, despite my being late cutting into his lunch time.Kudos to Adrian - I hope others get an opportunity to meet/work with him.

I messaged Lassman Studios yesterday explaining that I had misplaced my Graduation photos from 2006 hoping they could help recover my photos. They not only messaged me back same day but they FOUND MY PHOTOS! I couldn't believe that they still had them. Excellent customer service! I placed an order with them as this is a cherished memory to share with my kids and to have for a lifetime! I will place orders with them in the future.
