Came here to print some stuff and get some help with it. Parisa was great, quick professional and customer service focused. Made the whole thing easy peezy. I was out in 5 minutes.

No one answers the phone at this location?? Bad customer service sorry!I ordered photos and unexpectedly had to leave the country for 1.5 months. I tried calling to let them know about this and to hold it/expect me/let them know I haven’t forgotten about it, for their own sake. I literally called 17 times throughout the 1.5 months and no answer from this store not once. I finally went in person today to grab my order, called the number in store just to see what happens, and heard the phone ringing, the associates just ignore it lol.

I can't describe how terrible the print service is at this location - one employee is serving a lot of people. After the long struggle other employees came to backup.They charge a service fee for doing no service other than pressing the buttons to print, went there to print out birthday invitations, more than 20 min. to get it printed and the they told me you cut the printouts using the cutter tool.I couldn't do the cut as the tool was lousy with no visible margins. Asked them for help and waited for almost another 20 then a kind lady came to help, the cut was really bad because of the tool condition was bad, she apologized and printed a replacement ones and left so I had to use that cutter myself.Then I said to myself, I'll just cut them home with whatever I have there.Will never get back.

The sales associates here are completely incompetent. I don't even have the energy to explain how slow these people are, just take my word for it. Avoid this staples if you don't want to lose your braincells.

I've been shopping at this store since 2005...it's my go-to for office supplies. I have to say that Amit stands out 'always' during my visits. Always so happy to help, assist and guide. I now look for him for any big purchases because he is so helpful and a straight-shooter. I appreciate his customer service immensely!
