Brittni has been our trainer for at least 7 years now. She has made the workout specific to our needs and age. She has been amazing at helping us keep on track with our fitness goals as well making each session enjoyable. So thankful for her positive reinforcement.

The workouts are designed with everyone in mind and lots of modification options. Brittni is very patient and approachable if you have questions. Her gym has helped me become more confident in lifting and exercising. The space is also clean with lots of variety of weights :)
