Not a credible store! Don't go there or u'd regret! all they do is lie!

Overall I had a less than pleasant experience at this location.The sectional I got is more expensive than what I would've paid at other places, and when I confronted the store owner about this she deflected my question and said it's a different product. Later on, I insisted on asking what is the brand name, she said she did not know. How could a store not know the brand of their product?! She showed me the product in a catalogue. On a later occasion at the store, I saw that the catalogue she showed me belongs to Brassex Inc, which confirmed my finding that walmart and other places sells the same sectional for a cheaper price!This place does have good furniture, but before you buy something, do your due diligence to make sure you are getting the best deal on the market. (Check walmart, amazon, badboy, etc)...

Bought a sofa, dining table, and six chairs. They provided excellent sales service and did a great job for the installation. I recommend this company.

TOTAL LIE , Not Trust their information !!! Misleading on the Phone.I called their Dundas store to ask about the particular TV stand .I asked the lady on the phone three times if it still available (providing her the number of the product from their website) she assured me that it is available and she has it in the store.Two hours later, when I arrived the store, driving all way to Downtown she said that she doesn't know anything about it.Moreover, this Tv stand is not available (until now this TV stand is marked as it is still available on their website).She said she did not speak to me on the phone as she JUST came to the store...LOL at 5 PM and she offered me ANOTHER Product.TOTAL LIE I will never buy from them >>>>HaHA HA

good service, one thing I am not satisfied is the installation worker ask for tips, another thing is one of the product I received seems not the one which I ordered, so I will give 3 star instead of 5 star.

Our experience at this location is great! We have checking around for furniture in the past week searching for good furniture pieces that we like for our new home. We finally get most of our furniture here! They offer better price than other furniture company, not only that, their products are well made. Most importantly, they deliver and set up the furniture! Great service! Don't miss out this place.

When furniture has some problem they do not give back to delay processing and do not allow returns. The bed I bought collapsed after only a month.
