I absolutely Love Di! She makes you feel super comfortable right from the start! I'm really happy I found her. I work away a fair bit and shes very accommodating for my schedule!I've only done 2 Full Leg laser treatments so far, but I am starting to see some results. Will update after full treatment! Di is amazing! I met her last year when I was seeking out solutions for body hair that I had previously had lasered at two different places multiple times with no luck. Ever since the first day Di has been committed to ensuring I have success with the treatments she is providing not like the other places where they just want you to buy a package and don’t care if it works or not. Having appointments with her pre-scheduled each month makes it easy to fit into my schedule. I have had successful results with both the electrolysis and laser treatments! I am so happy that I found DiWhat testosterone had thickened and darkened I hoped Di would laser and electrocute away. I have very low pain tolerances alongside a very fidgety nature so laying down for hair removal was a daunting task. I have been seeing Di at ReTouch Epilation for about 2 years now. I relied on her expertise to get the results I wanted and when one treatment didn't work, she recommended we try another one. I'm really happy with my results and I would definitely reccomend her. I like that she books 2 or 3 appointments in advanced so you know when your appointments are for sure. You also get automatic text reminders!With the pandemic going on and the shut downd, she quickly rescheduled appointments accordingly to keep you on track with your treatment so you can see results!

Di is amazing , she is sweet , funny and makes your laser hair removal experience very comfortable . Di is also very Knowledgeable in what she does and informative throughout all of your sessions. Prior to having laser hair removal done at a different place here in Calgary I was very unimpressed with the results when, Di was recommended to me by someone who previously had gone to her I decided to give her a try and Im AMAZED by the results . Just after my 3rd session my hair was finer , less pigmented and in majority of the areas gone . I high recommend Di if you are looking to get laser hair removal done .

I started seeing Di this summer for laser hair removal and I am extremely pleased with the service she provides – she is really awesome at what she does! When we met for my initial appointment she completed a very thorough consultation to ensure that I was a good candidate for the treatment, explained how the laser works and its features (the cooling feature it has is lovely, although the treatment itself is virtually pain-free, so I very rarely need it), how to care for my skin after the treatment and any products I should avoid over the course of my treatment. I really appreciated the time she took to discuss the procedure with me and answer any questions I had.I initially purchased a package of 3 sessions but after I had used those up, I was so satisfied with the results I was getting, I ended up purchasing 6 additional sessions and decided to start treatment on another area. Di is very kind, patient and makes sure that you feel comfortable throughout the session. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone who was looking to have laser hair removal done.Di’s room that she works out of is very clean, sanitary and I feel completely confident and comfortable in having these treatments done with her, despite the ongoing pandemic.

I had tried laser before at different places for the last couple years, and nothing really stuck. Almost two years ago, I found Retouch Epilation and Di, and I am so glad I did.The machine Di uses is of the best class. I was worried going in, as I had very stubborn and thick hair, but the process was essentially painless. My leg, arm, and underarm hair are almost all gone, and have stayed that way.I also have tried electrolysis for my face, and have found it incredibly efficient.Di is also easily the most understanding and professional technician I have worked with. She really treats you like a friend, and makes sure to listen to you in order to give you the best and most painless experience. I could not be happier to have found this place. I would definitely recommend.

Di is just lovely. From my first time meeting her for a consultation to getting my laser treatments with her, she's always been consistently sincere, honest, and professional. Di is genuinely caring and she's very knowledgable about what she is doing. Guaranteed that she's not at all pushy and or suggests anything for cash grabs. She will listen to you and suggest the best course of action for you. It is very easy to book with her and for people like me with limited evening availability, she can accommodate you without a problem. For me, I found that I got results pretty quickly within the week after the first initial laser treatment. Pain is tolerable and even when it does hurt, Di puts you at ease. I highly recommend going to Di for your hair removal needs.

Di is a sweetheart and I felt were relaxed and was comfortable getting my treatments done from her. I did 6 sessions and they were almost pain free. I did get some hair back but it's much finer than before. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone. She knows her stuff and is very good at what she does.
