Full Throttle Cleaning | Expert Cleaners in Fraser Valley

I have used Full Throttle Cleaning several times over the past few months. Toni Vandervinne was my cleaner for each time and she was excellent. She helped me clean and organize my kitchen so I could easily bake and cook and store things away. In addition, she is a good cleaner. My place has never looked so good. She takes initiative and works diligently. I find having her around helps me get more done. Thanks Full Throttle for giving me someone with such good cleaning skills.

Haven’t been impress of serviceI was booked for 2.5 hours for 2 cleanersAfter 2 hours they said they were ready to leave. It didn’t smell like it was cleanedDusting was poorly done where done and missing so many others things like a complete bedroom. I was schedule for 9. Showed up at 9:35. I even told I will pay more for more time on booking to have it perfect, big disappointment

I just recently started with a regular service a few weeks ago. My experience has been amazing so far. The first clean was a deep clean and the house looked absolutely spectacular and smelled amazing. We signed up quickly for a bi-weekly service and it’s the best choice we’ve made. The cleaners who come are friendly with an amazing attitude and do such a good job. Consistently on time and always leave the place looking great! I highly recommend Victoria and her team.

I have been a customer of Full Throttle for over a year now and have never been let down by anyone they send to my home. However, a special shoutout to our regular cleaner, Ruth, who always goes above and beyond. She has amazing attention to detail and always leaves our place looking and smelling nice. On top of that, she is kind, thoughtful and an overall lovely person. We love having her.

I recommend this company for a quick clean, deep clean or spring clean. Ruth has a wonderful personality and wow/ she makes the floors and facets shine and helps with projects that need extra cleaning.

Toni has always done an excellent job of cleaning our home. Toni and Ruth make a great team. This week they also did some extra work cleaning the hard to reach places like sky lights and stairwells. Thankyou so much ladies!

I do not recommend this cleaning company. A couple of the cleaners are ok, but the one I kept getting was terrible and even after requesting to not have that cleaner anymore, she was still sent to clean my place and these pictures were taken an hour after the cleaners left when I got home from work. The bathroom still had hair all over it, the faucets still had grime and residue steaks and spot marks on it. Hair on the toilet seat and all over the tub still, etc. Nothing was cleaned in kitchen except floors. Stove wasn't wiped, outside of appliances weren't wiped, outside of cupboards weren't wiped.The shoe area was not organized in the shoe racks, instead shoes were just thrown on the bench even though there was room to organize them on racks. I emailed with the owner and she said she would arrange someone to come fix it twice and both times no one showed up.I will say though I was not charged for this clean, but still disappointed this wasn't taken more seriously. I've since switched to a new cleaning company and they have been fantastic. I can see my reflection in my faucets.

Stay away from full throttle clean.Hired this company as it seemed quite professional with their website and the before and after photos posted on Instagram. Literally the worst clean ever.I called and requested for a move out deep clean and was initially told there will be 2 cleaners scheduled for 3 hours.Only one cleaner arrived and she couldn’t have been in there for longer than an hour, since the scheduled time was 330-630 and I went into the house at 445 and she was gone. I was told 2 cleaners at 3 hours is equivalent to a 6 hour clean. Again I requested a DEEP CLEAN. Was barely a surface level clean with only wiping the bathroom counter / sink and giving it a terrible vacuum and mopping job.The lady Tanya on the phone was pretty rude and quite useless, didn’t provide me checklists so I just briefly mentioned what I needed cleaned. Behind appliances, inside cupboards, windows and sliding door tracks, walls, baseboards etc. None of that was done. I also called about 3 hours before they were arriving to re-iterate what I needed cleaned. Still, terrible job.Took about two days of calling multiple times and leaving voicemails to even speak with a supervisor to have issue resolved. They scheduled a re clean and still was not a deep clean or remotely an adequate job.STAY AWAY from this company and any of the staff/cleaners. Not friendly customer service and a terrible cleaning job.

Biggest disappointment ever!! Booked this company for a move out cleaning and the living room, two bedroom was left not cleaned. When I called the company to ask what happened. I was blamed for the bad cleaning done. My 3 year old daughter could’ve done better honestly. We had to hire Molly Maid for a proper cleaning job. Never will I ever book or recommend this company to anyone. Don’t waste your time or hard earned money.
