These guys went above and beyond to repair my Mazda. The job was supposed to be a quick 2 hour fix but because of how rusted and damaged the part was it took them a lot longer to repair. They could have charged me for all hours worked on but they stayed with original price. They kept me informed the whole time working on car about why it was taking so long. On top of all the hard work when the owner overheard I would need a taxi to come pick up car he offered to pick me up when car was ready. I am very happy I took my car here, friendly honest and good working mechanic shop.

My car would no longer start so I took an appointment at this garage to have it looked at 11am the next day (Friday) and got it towed there.I called to get an update at 13:00 but they hadn't had a chance to look at it yet. They didn't call me before closing and kept it over the weekend. I learned later that they are opened on Saturday but they didn't call me on that day either.I had to call several times on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday just to get told that they are very busy and it was a hard problem to diagnose. They did finally identify the issue as being a part of the remote starter which they ordered and received on Friday. I was told that witbout the remote starter, the car was starting so I wad relieved. It turned out thay this wasn't true... it also didn't fix the problem.At that point my car had been in the shop for a whole week. One of their senior car mecanic said he would spend some more time on it Friday night and made me feel like this was truly a great favor they were doing me.Eventually he was able to diagnose the issue to the max airflow sensor and replaced it, which fixed the issue. They didn't/couldn't reinstall the remote starter that they took apart, leaving it in pieces on my passenger's seat. He made sure to let me know it was kind of my fault for cheapening out on a 300$ remote starter.So they charged me 1,111$ to diagnose and replace a max airflow sensor and destroy my remote starter.I wouldn't suggest that anyone bring their car for repair here.

My car stalled on my way, but I managed to drive back to my parking. I went to the garage looking for helps; the staff seems to be very helpful to take my car to his shop. He told us will call us for update. We checked update everyday but he kept saying will call us. After 4 days the car finally ready for a pickup. The shop charged almost $1,000; the works mainly on maintenance tasks. May be my car was out of maintenance and caused this breakdown.The way I didn’t feel good was; this minor issue won’t take so long to find out by an experienced mechanic. I won’t be panic if they would tell me this is just a maintenance issue. Also they replaced a normal air-filter and kept my reusable one without letting me know. That’s make me mad and sad.Overall, I will say the staffs were friendly, but we don’t like the way they do business.
