I was always unsure about public storage facilities, but the people at Depotium, Patrick & Xavier, definitely changed my mind. They are an amazing group, great rates, and secure. The team members are very well organized and are ready to answer any questions, and give you a full on tour of the place before you make any commitments. Fully bilingual, and very friendly. Got a detailed tour of the location by Patrick, who literally was able to help ease any uncertainly I had. I was able to see the different size units they had, and he was able to help me figure out the size that would suite my needs best. They even have supplies you would need, but would otherwise not have thought of, so that was a plus. Highly recommend them!

Got stuck with a rental truck outside of the gate and the code was not working . Called emergency numbers no one could help. they took my number and told me someone gonna gonna ASAP . Not a call back yet it's been more 16 hours. Better to check everything working before u rent truck or anything cuz there is no service.

The hidden charge that you don’t know about before renting the storage location, is that you must use their lock, which is convenient but essentially useless after you have used it.With that extra cost and hurdle aside, the staff locally are generally helpful, the 800 number is very helpful, the location is very clean, accessibility is reasonable; there are several parking spaces directly adjacent to the loading doors, one contractor, ramp, and additional parking spaces parallel to the building.It can get very busy there, and parking becomes strained with people entering and exiting through open doors, rather than, entering using their access code.Generally speaking, as far as storage units, go, I would rent again from this location, it suited by needs perfectly, for the 60 days that I needed it, and the cleanliness was above average.

Loved the experience. It was my first and wot be my last , and I recommend it to my daughter and she rented a space there too. The manager Louis Philippe was very professional.

The people are very helpful at Depotium. They explain everything in detail. They even gave me locker near to lift. Service here is wonderful. I highly recommend this place for storage needs.

I rented a unit on the second floor for 6 months; while it is a bit pricey, I was reassured by the security measures, friendly and prompt customer service, and cleanliness of the building.
