This office provides exceptional service! I've always had a great experience here with the staff especially front desk staff who are always patient! Loved my experience with Rebecca as well who made personally sure my needs were met!Dr M and his hygienists always did amazing dental work in the back as well! I will keep going here for sure!

We went there for the first time after my 5 year old had an accident nearly knocking out his two front teeth. Our normal dentist wouldn't make time to see him the same day, but Sherwood Dental took us in right away. The dentist and all the staff were absolutely wonderful; caring and empathetic with my injured child; managed to neither coddle nor freak him out. The teeth needed to be pulled, and thanks to their great manner, and the added distraction of a TV in the ceiling, we got through it without having my kid freaked out or traumatized. We're definitely moving the whole family over to this practice.

I have some anxiety when it comes to seeimg a dentist. Dr. Majaess made me feel comfortable and not only explained the work being done but checked in with me regularly to see how i was doing. The whole team's empathy is amazing and the front staff is always friendly.

I went into Sherwood Dental Clinic with extreme pain in one of my teeth. I suffer from Dental Anxiety bigtime!!! Sara made me feel very relaxed and Dr Mike made the whole procedure stress free!!! Front counter staff and hygienists are always efficient and running on time at Sherwood Dental. Everyone I have dealt with has been friendly and professional. The hygienists are thorough and tend to provide more than the routine revolving-door-level of care. They also don't tack on a $20-40 cleaning fee" above your insurance like some of the big offices in town. Highly recommend the team at Sherwood

when i had an infection at 7 o clock at night, their on call dentist got me set up with a antibiotic right away, then checked up on me the next day to see if i was doing better. then when it was time for my procedure the staff were reassuring and great plus the doctor made me feel at ease before he began and fixed me right up. thanks so much guys definite five star

I cant say enough about the staff at Sherwood Dental! They are always so friendly and considerate when we come for our appointments. I am a serial procrastinator when it comes to booking appointments and the reception staff always give me the extra reminders and touch base with me in person to do their utmost to accommodate our busy lives.They pay extra care and attention to my child who has had the unfortunate experience of having many teeth pulled over the last few years and Dr. Mulholland is always very kind, patient and puts her at ease. At one such appointment my teen was feeling especially anxious (due to covid I was not at the appointment with her) and Rebecca, who works at the front, was very kind, sat with her and even waited outside with her after the appointment to make sure she was alright. Above and beyond! As a parent it makes me feel very good to know that Dr. Mulholland and his staff at Sherwood Dental care about their patients welfare even after they have left the chair. Been going to this dentist for about 5 years, never had a problem until today. I called to re-book my appointment (2 months in advance) and REBECCA the receptionist was SO RUDE!! She spoke like a teenager with a bad attitude (you know, girls who talk “ that way” and say “like, oh my god” every three sentences). The funny thing is I was returning her call. I guess she decided she didn’t like me when my toddler had a need when I was on the phone for literally less than 10 seconds, because after that there were suddenly no appointments available even 4 months in advance. Her tone was incredibly condescending. She pretended to look for appointments but i know she was faking it after the first time. I’ve booked dozens of appointments with them and I know how long it takes. Wow. Her total lack of people skills just lost you 3 clients- my family and I. Someone who has no patience for kids should not be working at a business with the word “family” in it’s name. What a shame, everyone else is great. I will not put up with being treated this way. I have been going to Sherwood Dental for over 3 years and I will never go anywhere else. Hands down the best dental practice in Victoria. The staff are so kind and professional! Keep up the great work!
