Absolutely wonderful, the food here was amazing!! I definitely wish I could eat here more often. I was only in town for two days but if I do go back I'm definitely eating from there again. I was a little confused at first when making my order but the waitress was very nice and she helped me out. I got the Special Assorted Sushi the first night (absolutely delicious and you should definitely give it a try) and the Oceon Roll the second night. On the second day I came on my bike so she even brought a bag for me so it was easier to carry. I wish I could bike up there and order from there again if it wasn't so far, I talked to some of the locals and they all really loved eating there too. So if your visiting definitely go try some Sushi from here

This delightful classic sushi restaurant in the heart of Parksville had the freshest sushi, sashimi and Maki rolls. The Toro was so fresh and we shared the D-rich, Kamikaze and Summer Rolls all perfectly packed and rolled with fresh fish, avocado and Tobiko.

Great place for sushi, friendly staff and great service. The location is right in Parksville and close to everything. Overall a good experience with the family.

If I could describe it one simple way. It would be that if I had to request my single and last dinner to enjoy before the impending. I would request an all you can eat night out at Sushi Ichi. Their sushi is absolutely to die for! Hopefully not literally in your situation, but if it is, then it's definitely well worth the choice to eat here! I have eaten sushi all across Canada and in different countries even. This is by far the best flavor, freshness, simple food presentation, but amazing quality in flavor and freshness of ingredients.

A great place for Japanese food and very good variety and price as well. We highly recommend the tempura appy and the gyoza to start. Then the BC salmon skin roll and the Ocean roll which had salmon, tuna, scallop, asparagus and fish roe. Good service as well. We will be back!

This place is always busy, for dine in and take out! Each time I go there is a wait for food, the server is very open about this.So don't expect quick food service, yet it is worth the wait.Dakota is an excellent server and super friendly!There's parking out front and on the side of the restaurant.All staff work hard here and the sushi is fresh and yummy!

Quite possibly the best Katsu Don I've ever had. Great BC roll and excellent gyoza too. Very good service and friendly staff! Definitely check this place out.
