I have done business with them every since they opened in Camrose and I have never had any problems with them. The people are awesome and easy to deal with. I bought all of my furniture through them. Greatest place to shop for furniture and electronics.

Called to find out if a used item I was considering buying was paid for in total by the seller. General Manager told me not to buy it. He then went to the sellers home 5 minutes later because of outstanding debt and told them I called thus causing personal trouble between myself and the seller. GM has ZERO tact and hung me out to dry with the seller. It's too bad because I bought my twins dressers in your store before and a wall mount for my TV and something else over the years. GM also called me back to apologize an hour later for his lack of tact but it was too little too late. You lost a customer that actually buys items instead of get them on credit. I tried to do my due diligence and you screwed me over. I will not darken your doorstep ever again.

By far this business/location has been the best that I have done business with. I have been a customer since the day it was opened, and I am a repeat customer many times over. I recommend this business to everyone who asks about anything for their home. To the point that my daughter is also a customer.This great team of professionals go above and beyond with their customer service, always a good feeling when the customer walks away smiling.Kudos to this team for all they do for their customers and our community.

Walked by the door to look at some appliances at the door once and was yelled at by the manager or owner shouting profanity’s at me and my friends, telling us not to even look at the merchandise. If you don’t want to make any money at your store this is a great business practice. But don’t have old/new stuff at the front doors if you don’t want people to buy it or even “look” at it. We were only kids when this happened.

It's hard to leave this place without a major upgrade for your home !!!! These guys are super friendly & have excellent knowledge of their products. Not only can you upgrade your entire living room in a matter of minutes but you can also make payments when upgrading your abode

Had an issue when we bought a new couch, paid cash and turns put the store it came from down south didn't clean it out very well. Ended up cutting my finger on something very nasty. But the manager Shawn, was right on top of it, made up for it gave us a brand new couch, shipped in for us at no cost. Thank you Shawn, much appreciated! I will be back to buy again.
