This location has a split personality, if you want the best experience head to the drive through. Instore is absolutely horrible with super slow service and long waits. It is clear that they prioritize the drive through so do yourself a favor and don't bother going inside. The food is exactly what you expect from Tim's but the service/speed is way below expectations.

I recently went to this place in the afternoon and was disappointed to see a supervisor acting rudely towards a team member where the team member was effectively performing their duties. The service was good though.

I come here once in a blue moon and I'm always disappointed when I do. With all the other locations nearby, I'm not coming here again. The last interaction I'll have is today, I ordered a tea with 4 sugar and 2 milk, a vanilla iced coffee, and a Boston cream donut. I get to the window, and they let me know they don't actually have a Boston cream. No worries, it happens. I chose something else, got everything, and drove off. I sipped my tea and realized I tasted no sugar. I thought it was at the bottom, and they just didn't stir it. Happens often enough I keep a pack of stir sticks in my car, I stirred it, had a sip, and realized there's no sugar whatsoever. I've worked at Tim Hortons when a tea was $1.70, mistakes were made for sure but with it being $2.10 now I would like what I asked for. Go 2 minutes down the road and save the hassle of a wrong order everytime.

Avoid this location go to another location if possible bc they always screw up the orders and always run out of main products even early in the morning SMH, who runs out of hashbrowns at 8am and why would they serve completely burnt bagels to customers? Not to mention drive thru is super extremely slow!!!

Have had multiple problems with this location the past month. It's the only tim hortons on my way to work. Otherwise, i would go somewhere else, asked for a 4 cheese bagel toasted with plain cream cheese, add tomato and this is what a recieved, very disappointed with this bagel

I used the drive thru and was greeted with a yo! I ordered 1 coffee and before I could order the other 3 coffees which were all the same I got a ( that it?) I said yes ,then there was a long pause he finally says are ya done ordering stuff? I said yes when I got to then window I mention that the guy on the intercom had poor skills they just handed me my order and said have a nice day buddy , who’s training these people?

I went in this evening for 2 hot beverages. There was quite a long line so I ordered and paid on the kiosk. The line had all ordered and been on their way, I used the washroom and still no sign of my order being taken care of. I let a few more moments go by and the younger lady working still never acknowledged I was standing waiting. I then said I ordered on the kiosk and was asked for proof of payment before she asked what I ordered. My name was on the “still brewing” sign while she was asking me everything.

Walked in to order tea, toasted bagel and warm tea biscuit. There was one person ahead of us. We waited a couple minutes at the cash register before the young lady asked to take our order. We placed our order they made the tea and gave it to us. Then we waited 10 minutes for a cold bagel and cold tea biscuit. We mentioned we waited 10 minutes and the lady said we're busy. It appeared the orders from the drive through we're being prioritized. Disappointed with the whole experience.

Absolutely disgusting rude service no accountability who makes a latte and doesn't put coffee in it!!!... The fact that I have to go back in the store twice to fix the order it's still not Right. If this was the last Tim's on the planet I would not recommend it to an animal. You make me sick. You're lucky that you even got one star because you're not even worth a quarter of a star
