Terrible experience with Asian woman agent on Saturday, March 9th. Was not willing to help - lazy? incompetent? I ended up walking across street and getting things done within 10 mins at their competition. Customer service at its worse. Manager at that location is usually great but he wasn't there at the time. She needs some retraining in basic service.

Quick and professional service by Gary and the lady. Straight to business, will not waste time. Knows their stuff well and very helpful. Only downside is that it is quite busy. Once we waited an hour because there were 4 people ahead of us. But once he got to us, it was fast!Fun fact: different postal codes have different insurance prices. Learned that when I moved to a different postal code.

So I went there to cancel my insurance as I sold my car and moving out of province. Rep says I wouldn't do that you will end up paying about $70 in cancellation and other charges that you have already committed to for a year".What about my qtrly premium that's going to be charged tomorrow is that pro-rated - Rep say "it's not refundable". So why should I not cancel it today to save my $600 qtrly premium Rep says "well I can cancel it for you

One clerk worked at that time and we were waiting half an hour, maybe even more, for our turn.We we got on our turn we finished in few mins.I know some services require more time to be completed but there should be 2 clerks at least. Especially on weekends when people have more time to go there and it's obvious it's gonna be crowdy.That's why 4 stars, other than that it's fine.

Anthony helped me and my little brother purchase his first car by making the transfer and 3 month insurance as painless and easy as possible by helping us fill out the form while being polite and friendly. Top notch service I am glad he was there to help us out, hoping to see him next time when we renew. During this hard time it is nice to receive excellent customer service thank you Anthony!

I came into this location to get new plates for my car and unfortunately, I had a bad experience.The lady working here tried to pull a fast one.There's an $18 charge for the new plates. I pay monthly and she explained to me that she couldn't allow me to pay by card and it'll be going onto my monthly payments. Well, I told her then, why will there be an interest charge on the $18.It's not a loan. Immediately, she handed me the Card machine and said, whatever makes you happy." I hope she'll be more forthcoming and do things right! I could've filed a complaint or reported this person.I definitely won't be going back."

Tried to get a transfer done, the agent Jim was extremely rude and would not acknowledge me at all. He ignored me even though I repeatedly said hello and was standing right in front of him. Once my partner came to the counter he finally asked me what I wanted. Did not say hello or how can I help.He told me I needed to fill out papers, once completed he again would not acknowledge me, when I came up to the counter.Never asked for a moment or that he'd be right with me.At this point was upset, and I asked for his name and left.Horrible experience. I'm appalled by this sexist encounter.
