Wonderful hotel and stay! It was extremely clean, the staff were super kind and thoughtful. We even got a little gift bag for the kids on the way out. The kids loved the game room. The king bed suite was very spacious for our family of four, and being dog friendly made our stay wonderful. Would 100% stay here again and recommend to anyone else staying in the area.

Carine @reception was amazing and did beyond her duty to help me printing a form for my work , really appreciated.Rooms are quiet and clean ,Breakfast is really good (eggs,muffins,toast,bacon/sausage, waffle ,juices,coffee,.

On a 6 day stay we have had our room checked 1 time. No replacement coffee,toiletries ,towels , or garbage disposal.

I was very pleasantly surprised by this Canalta, situated as it is at the side of a highway next to a road stop. Not only is it very well designed inside, it has REAL glasses, plates, cutlery, etc., plentiful and delicious breakfast, and a super welcoming and accommodating staff. Excellent choice!

We ended up booking this hotel because roads were so bad coming from Calgary. Unfortunately, the staff member on shift was far from friendly. That was quickly erased the next morning when we were greeted with the morning team. April, Cher and Wendy went above and beyond for us after we made them aware of our check in experience. These lovely ladies sent us on the road with a care package including drinks and snacks. The continental breakfast was also very well done. We would highly recommend this hotel if you are needing a place to stay.

The staff were awesome and super welcoming, breakfast was great. The hotel room was really cold, no pool or hot tub. Wasn’t worth the price imo (175$). But rooms are clean, staff are excellent and a good experience overall.

From the moment we entered the hotel it was a pleasing experience. The lobby was clean and inviting and we were met with a friendly smile and greeting. The rooms were very clean with nice flooring in the entry way and the bathroom. The ambience of the room was relaxing with eye pleasing colours. The bed was comfortable and afforded a good quality of sleep. The hotel is in a good location on the highway and is close to fuel and a convenience store. The breakfast was one of the best I've seen - with good hot and cold food selections. The only downside - the vending machines didn't work. The one on the first floor was sold out" and the one on the second floor wouldn't take our coins - but the convenience store was close by. I would certainly stay at this hotel again and would recommend it to my friends and associates."

Room was extremely cold when I walked in thermostat said 14C. Went into the bathroom and found someone's paper garbage on the floor. Obviously housekeeping does not do a thorough job.Room was clean otherwise.The lamps by the bed were not on a toggle switch and you had to get partially out of bed to turn off the lights. Not convenient or intelligent by hotel management.Beds were comfyBreakfast was standard fare....u-make waffles, yogurt, sausage, bacon,bagged eggs,toast and bagels, coffee, juice.Staff was friendly both at night and in the morning.
