If I could leave a zero stars...I would!Driver didn't even get out of his van. 2 co-workers and myself watched him pull up on the lot through the showroom window...looks, then leaves. 3 mins later I get an attempted to deliver notice! NO ATTEMPT WAS MADE!Called and received ZERO help from call center. We were open for business at 4pm and still were till 5pm. Driver wouldnt come back.One day delivery turns into 3 now. Should have it sent to my home and taken my chances with a porch pirate instead of sending it to the office. You guys are a joke!

I've only had one experience where the driver didn't bring the pkg to my door and it ended up getting stolen. Since then I have not had any problems This driver placed it perfectly for me - on my porch out of the weather. It was very much appreciated.

Got a notice my tracking number had changed. When I called to inquire about it, was told they are to busy and hung up on me. Absolutely unacceptable. (Edit) Wow finally got someone on the phone was about as helpful as a heart attack, rude and very short with me. Had no answers. Was told hopefully it will be delivered today or maybe tomorrow.

This company has the worst customer service. They were supposed to deliver two Amazon packages to an Amazon locker. I have had this done multiple times with no issues. The tracking would say package delivered to Amazon locker" each time and a code would be sent to my email so I could pick them up normally. This time around I received no code and the tracking was showing that both packages were delivered - to Glenburnie. I called Amazon who stated they never were informed of the packages being delivered to the locker and the tracking stated they were delivered to Glenburnie NOT the Amazon locker. They encouraged me to call Intelcom directly. Intelcom told me the driver had delivered the packages but couldn't prove they had with any specifics other than a picker of a random locker with random packages in it (4) with no labels showing they were mine. I showed them that their tracking stated they were delivered to Glenburnie and not the lockers. All they could do was "let the driver know". They wouldn't give me any confirmation number to show to Amazon for a refund. They wouldn't give me a timeline of when I could hear back about them tracking my packages down. They said they could not do anything but "provide feedback for the driver". I started to have my Amazon packages delivered to the locker to avoid theft and now I can't get them due to incompetence. Super fantastic. I did call and complain about Intelcom's service to Amazon as well."

I am extremely impressed with the speed of delivery, less than 24 hours after my placing the order on-line, Amazon, it arrived, Wow ! The delivery person's efficiency and courtesy, thank her for me will you, added to what has been a pleasant and satisfying shopping experience. Thank you. I hope that the quality of the product is on a par with you chaps.

The delivery service and their drivers are pretty good! Fast and friendly, although they do follow instructions asking them to please not leave parcels easily visible and accessible from the street (we ask to be placed behind blue bins on porch, but this has never been followed).However, when things go wrong, the customer service is AWFUL. It's difficult to contact them, their online form requires drop down selections that tend to end in, Not our problem

I have always had great service from Intelcom delivery people. My items arrive on time, in perfect condition and at the right address. The drivers are always pleasant and polite.

I have had several times where my packages have been delivered to the wrong address. When I call to inform them, they are rude and not helpful. I often do not receive my packages even after informing them of their mistakes and they refer me back to the vendor every time. Would be nice if they acknowledge their faults.
