Went in and explained what I was looking for. Kevin helped me out and made the process easy! Explained the attachments I needed, how to change them out, some extra tips and we were on our way home with our new purhase. He even is taking care of registering our trimmer. The rental experience was positive renting a chain saw. I was charged a 400 dollar deposit on my Cc which would be returned on the return of the saw. They added some safety gear for no extra charge which I appreciated.

Had two Husqvarna lithium ion batteries that weren't charging. Thought my batteries were toast (they aren't cheap). Brought in the charger and batteries and left them for a day. They diagnosed the charger as defective and the batteries as fine. No charge for the diagnosis. Great service and friendly staff. Will be back for sure!

By far the best rental company in HRM. Staff are always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the gear they rent. We have used them many times for various items.We had a tiny issue with miscommunication on one occasion, I am happy with the steps that were taken place to resolve issue and was treated with respect as we sorted it out.We will continue to use and recommend this location as they truly are a 5 star service.
