We are a general contractor based in the Edmonton area. Single Source has been using the BIS software for about 6 months and it has been a game changer for our company. It has really separated us from our competition and more importantly has streamlined our internal Safety program ultimately resulting in better communication with our field employees and clients. What we particularly like about the system is the digital on-boarding and online orientations, it has saved us time in processing new hires who work remotely. For example, recently, we had to quickly staff up 30 people for a project in BC, many of our hires were from different parts of Western Canada, with the BIS system we were able to send them the on-boarding package and policies within minutes, the new hires completed the forms and took the online orientation from home before leaving to the job site. We would not have been able to execute the hiring process in such and quick and effective manner without this software. In addition, anytime we have a question or issue, the technical support team is quick to respond and resolve our issue. We highly recommend BIS Trainer especially if you are a construction company that has various field projects.
