Its the right name u can take a nap or 200 waiting for service. Had them out told me the board was gone in my fridge. Yeah long story short called another company it was a 42 dollar part. Hmmm

Knapp was very accomodating while I waited for TransGlobal to fix my dishwasher under warranty. The people are very friendly and once they receive the parts, are quick to schedule a time to repair. Only thing I didn't like was the sometime between nine and noon" thing resulting in having to take a half day instead of staying an hour later at work."

Great experience getting my dryer fixed. Appointment was scheduled quickly and they preordered a couple of parts that they thought they may need based on my description of the problem. They came with all the parts they needed to fix the problem. All done within 4 days!

We recently purchased all new appliances from Knapps. 5 in total. They had the best prices in town. We had an issue with the stove (no fault of Knapps), after the technicians did some trouble-shooting they discovered an issue with manufacturing and a short in the wiring harness. Knapps went above and beyond to get the stove replaced without us being inconvenienced while waiting for the replacement from the manufacturer. We truly appreciate everything they did and have made us a repeat customer. We are really happy with the appliances, and the service that each member of Knapps team provided, from the owner right down to the delivery guys, they were all professional, courteous and very pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend them.

Repair person knew prior to coming that parts were no longer available to fix the washing machine when make and model were given at time of appointment booking. Paid over $100 to tell me he could not fix the machine. Will not use this service again.
