You know why 1 star???? Cuz they could not understand not French nor english!. They messed up my order. I had to lead the conversation in drive thru.. They just not listening! And when they finally temembered that i was there! They completely ignored what i said. When i recieved my order. I got the wrong order. No fries in my bag. Even tho i did mention trio.The freaking soft drink. Which i ordered coke. Tasted like a mix of rootbeer sprite and freaking sink water. Worst freaking mcdo ive ever visited. Maybe its just a trois rivier thing... How hard can it be to takr an order???? .... Get someone who actually knows how to run a mcdicks.

Excellent service. The lady at the door was very attentive. The kids even received some crayons and paper to colour so they have something to do!

It is the worst place to go pick up food for Uber eats drivers. They make you wait 20 to 30 minutes every time. I have talked to the shift manager about this issue and she didn't even apologies for this unreal delay during this mid-afternoon order. Unfortunately, this delay also applies to all the customers that decides to go inside to order. There are probably 8 to 10 Drive Thru orders that get done before they even do yours when there is no one inside, so they can definitely priorities more the delivery side.With the covid-19 situation, I find MCDonald really irresponsible to oblige delivery people to arrive onsite before they even start preparing the order. All the wait inside put drivers, employees and other customer at a greater risk because we all get exposed to each other a longer period of time for no good reason.It is really unfortunate because the place looks awesome, I hope someone read this and apply changes.

It's a brand new McDonalds, so things are expected to go wrong. Lack of employees means the employees they have run left and right in a daze, take ages to get your order ready, only to get something wrong every single time.Example based on four separate trips : At the drive-through, you order a coffee with two milks and two sugar; nothing spectacular. Employee will press the wrong buttons, not notice it right away, have to cancel the order, forget what you ordered, and have to retake the order. Then you roll up to the paying window, and wait several minutes before the same employee comes to get your money. Roll up to the next window, wait several minutes once again, and once again the same employee comes to tell you there's a problem with the coffee machine, and to wait in the parking till they come deliver it to you. Do so, wait several minutes as usual, and finally the same employee, now slightly out of breath, comes to deliver your long-awaited coffee.But while you were waiting, you got a tad hungry, so not wanting to go through the drive-through experience again, you go inside to order food. The same employee who does literally everything else at the same time takes your order while still somehow remaining friendly (to be young and full of energy again...). Alas, there's a problem with the barcode reader or something, so they can't take coupons. While you wait for your food, it starts raining outside so you figure you might as well eat inside while reading the newspapers. Well, there's no newspaper, your coffee doesn't have any sugar, and your McWrap doesn't have any sauce, but the poor overworked girl who's now emptying the trash bins inbetween two customers looks just about to cry, so you let it be.I have no doubts this McDonalds will get better as time goes on but right now, it's a logistical mess
