Best customer service in clsc ever!!I went for first time for a blood test.Front desk was extremely polite and very helpful.Zero waiting time, respecting the appointment and making the whole procedure really easy and fast.Ten stars to all the stuff for working so hard under these circumstances providing us with such an excellent service!!!!

I went for to vaccination my child the appointment was on time , lady who did the vaccination was all right! The ladies at there reception was very polite!

Super quick service. 15 minutes and it was done. Staffs were also nice. The parking is free if you stay less than 2h.

Worst customer service. I had an appointment done via phone for my son’s 2 month vaccination and their system did not have it recorded. I had received a text message confirming my appointment as well. The first secretary told me to speak to the nurse and see if she could squeeze me in. So i waited and waited with my newborn and when the nurse came out, i approached her telling her the story and an other secretary who new abt my situation jumped in on our conversation and said there is no way she can add me to the schedule. I then told her why not tell me from the beginning instead of making me wait 30 min, she then replied; well you did not speak to me and rolled her eyes at me. Extremely unprofessional, rude and no sense of empathy towards a new mom waiting with her baby. Absolutely ridiculous.

Incredible waiting times... prepare yourself to wait minimum 2-3 hours. And another proof the CLSC is in the parking business! Regardless how much you stay there you have to pay $7! And the next person the same ... a very profitable business! This is a bad joke! Any private center offers better waiting times and free parking.

Today I had blood test here. Everything was right on the schedule. Clean. Very polite and welcoming staff.

I've been going to this CLSC for years, it never disappoints.The service is great and the nurses are super nice and patient. The service is professional, they make sure you are ok, that you understand your treatment, they also take confidentiality to heart, which I really appreciate.

When I had my vaccination the nurse was super and very professional and kind but when I went back for my children's vaccination the nurse who served was extremely nasty- she was very rude and insisted on giving only flu mist even though they had flu shot for over 10 years. Please be aware.

Amazing staff, very professional!I had to visit them daily for my dressings to be changed; they provided all the materials needed at home and were very quick to take me in; never waited for more than 15 minsclean establishment with up to date equipment.

Get there early (6:30am) and you are out in max 1 hour. Amazing service, professional and besides the $7 mandatory parking I couldn't have been served better by a private clinic.
