stay away from this so called builder. they don't pay their trades. i did a job for them and had to put a lien on the project cause they ran out of money to pay people. they try to take money from other jobs to pay for other jobs poor money management. jackie one of the owners is a smooth talker and will tell you what every you need to hear to get more money from you. check out the ctv news report on them. there are way better builders out there who actually pay their trades. she sent me out a check and said i could cash it on a certain date and when it came to that date she text me and said that the money they were expecting from a new job wasn't deposited yet so i couldn't cash it when i went to their bank the teller told me they have zero funds for anything to go through. so if your into having trades bugging you to get paid or having liens put on your project then this is the company to go with.
