Excellent service!Our heat pump is over 20 years old and would not provide cooling anymore. I called early in the morning, and Jason was kind enough to make space in his schedule and pass by at the end of the day. Instead of pushing for a heat pump replacement, Jason took the time to troubleshoot and suggest to replace only the parts that were causing troubles. This will most probably extend the life of our heatpump for a couple of years, giving us the time to plan ($$$) the heat pump replacement.Jason even took the time to test our thermostat and correct wrong wiring made by the installers who have replaced our furnace couple years ago.Jason gave us an excellent service, he took time to explain what was the issue and gave me the heat pump 101" lesson

Jason arrived ahead of time. He diagnosed the problem with my and repair it. He also took the time and serviced the system. I paid $150.- for the service call plus the cost of the electrical part, which I find to be excellent. Additionally, apart from being professional he is a very pleasant person, which is appreciated.

We called this business to have our whole system replaced back in March 2021 because we had issues previous summer. We called at that time because we do not want to be in the rush of summer and pay premium price.Jason is really nice person and he has convinced us to do a maintenance on the unit later in the spring. If the maintenance would not work, they would give us some credit on a new install. Spring came, no calls. We exchanged few emails and we managed to talk over the phone. June came and first heatwave. Jason was kind enough to come last minute but....short story, the maintenance did not work and they were not doing any installs anymore. They suggested to call click-air. They were supposed to come back to continue their work and we even owe them maintenance fee. So since June, the unit is disabled, nobody came back. We have been courteous, polite and understanding. I am WFH and my office on the second floor. This summer was awful. This exactly what I tried to prevent when I called you back 6 months ago.

My air conditioner stopped working during the first heat wave in June. I called a few local service repair companies. The responses were all the same; they were all busy with a one to two day wait time. My neighbor actually suggested Westair. I contacted Westair and Jason answered my call. He was obviously busy but told me he could come service my A/C unit but after 6 pm. He arrived around 6:30 pm, he immediately began working on the unit. Fortunately, only a piece needed to be replaced. Jason replaced it and checked the unit for other issues and also checked the air flow before he left. I was very appreciative that he was able to come the same day and he made the effort to come after hours. He was professional, very knowledgeable and competent. We had some discussions about other A/C products and about how important it is to clean A/C units. I will definitely will be using Westair in the future. Thank you Jason.

Rarely does one get such prompt, honest, competent, professional service any more, all that at a reasonable price. Jason and his technician did in about 2 weeks what another couldn't do in over 3 months. Wish we had contacted him first! He repaired our pool heater whose motor had broken, as well as the fan blade. Sourced the parts quickly and correctly, after taking the time and effort to gather the necessary information, communicated with us effectively and in a timely manner. Our pool heater runs beautifully once again. Westair has a very satisfied new customer - we will call them first in the event of any future HVAC needs. Job well done, Jason!

Jason installed a new Tosot heat pump system at my house in July 2021. The work was done promptly and very efficiently at a reasonable price, Jason is a true professional, He performed the installation with great skill and precision. I am very happy with my new unit. It is working very well specially during the past few hot and humid summer days we've been experiencing. All the rooms in the house are nicely cooled and dry despite the exterior high humidity level.I highly recommend Westair to anyone who's looking for a reliable and efficient and trustworthy contractor.

Jason Is an amazing and very easy person to deal with. I had a lot of questions before installing a ductless heat/ac unit and Jason made itvery easy for me. I dealt with a few other companies to get some estimates and the service was not comparable and he had the best prices from themall. Will recommend Jason for any work. Clean and professional 5 stars+
