KOOKO'S PIZZA
Poor customer service. Can’t follow directions or simple requests. Isn’t the first time they’ve made a mistake. They don’t apply credits to your phone number for mistakes they’ve made. Pizza is decent though. Just make sure you check your pizzas before leaving the store.

Food was delicious...but 3 poutines for $29 is pretty steep. Portions could be bigger for the price. Probably won't go back.

This place is equivalent to Little Caesar's (or a grocery store) pizza in terms of quality and taste. It definitely isn't the best pizza one can buy but it is fair value for large groups. In our large group the kids were indifferent and the adults were rather unimpressed. We tried Kooko's based on the number of positive reviews but I now believe quite a few of those are probably from friends of the business owners rather than legitimate reviews.Some of the negative aspects are that the meat are over processed (even though meats are already considered processed), the cheese is very light and the sauce is a tad bit bland.If you are hosting a kids birthday party or a large event to feed people with value in mind then this is a great option. If you are looking for quality pizza where you don't mind spending more money for that quality then I'd consider alternatives.

I have been going to the 8th Street location for a couple years now and I'm happy the new location has opened in Rosewood which makes it closer to get their delicious pizza. Great service, delicious food at an affordable price. Congrats on your new location and keep up the good work!!

There was a time when kooko's pizza was very best for a very fair price... but once your buisness start growing than you don't care what quality you giving to your customers. Ladt night I ordered 2 large pizzas and what i get is in the picture. Very disappointed experience from kooko's I never excepted. I don't know what topping it was but there was something in pizza which is fully burned and tasty like charcoal.

Customer service is pretty bad. I stood there for a solid 9 minutes while two workers for some reason helped someone over the phone. In my time standing there I could’ve probably went to the back and made my own pizza and they wouldn’t have noticed I was there. But some pretty good pie, hence the 4 stars

BEST PIZZA EVER !! I ordered shawarma chicken pizza from them a couple of times. The taste is extra ordinary! Highly recommended. Great service love the friendly staff. You ticked all the boxes for me Kooko’s. ALSO UNLIMITED TOPPINGS ON A $10.99 bro what even ?? Love that for my wallet!
