ECL Auctions

I purchased items at ECL s auction and was billed for those items and shipping. I emailed a few times asking when I should expect my items. I was told they were being shipped and I would get a tracking #. I got nothing for weeks I would call be told it's coming and a tracking number was on the way then nothing. The last one was I was told my package was put in a non payment section it was bring shipped asap and the tracking # was coming. Just lie after lie. Doesn't return emails or callsnow I'm going to have to figure out the best way to get my $ back for services not rendered.

It took weeks, but I am finally in receipt of an item purchased in an on-line auction from ECL. It was originally sent to the wrong address and thankfully, the recipient returned it to the auction house. Brian then went the extra mile to then make sure it then got correctly addressed and shipped.

Excellent finds through this auction house and an excellent deal. Shipped to USA no problem. Was commutative and the packaging was excellent. Cannot ask for better in a world of otherwise scammy auctioneers

Avoid at all costs. Purchase a watch at auction which turned out to be a fake. I've filed a fraud incident with the DRPS, the details were sent to you Jun 30.Jul 14 UpdateECL (Brian Kehn) has yet to refund me for selling a counterfeit watch and I've received no responses from my most recent email. Do yourself a favour and avoid dealing with this company. I'm now wondering how many other items they sell are acutal counterfeit products.Aug 30 UpdateFortunately Visa acknowledged that ECL (Brian Kehn) was being fraudulent in their sale of the counterfeit watch. Visa successfully processed a charge back so I no I my money. Do yourself a favour and avoid dealing with this company.

No response to a poorly packaged Royal Doulton that arrived with its head off . Client Services is paramount . They would be eaten alive on EBAY or Etsy ...UNPROFESSIONAL at no time did I ever say items were well packed - an RD figurine was wrapped in one piece of bubble wrap and thrown carelessly into the box . Your response is very unprofessional . PS other postal carriers do insure - know your business !

Have dealt a few times with this business. They've been totally straight-forward with me, with good communication. (Today they went out of their way to accomodate me , even though I missed a scheduled pick up of something that I bought at their auction.)A pleasant interaction, and I would have no trouble buying from them again.

Had a excellent experience with ECL. I have no hesitations in participating in future auctions. Texts inquiring on the status of shipping and tracking numbers were replied to quickly.

Bought a watch a few weeks ago. Arrived poorly packed and broken but I asked for and paid extra for shipping insurance. Unfortunately Brian didn't place insurance on my shipment and the costs for repair is more than I paid for the watch!! Brian has refused to compensate me for repairing the watch or even refunding my shipping costs. Best to stick with the better and more reputable auction companies out there.

Reasonable auction owner and good deals. Wish hibid didn’t have the problems it occasionally has. It made me miss out on some deals I wanted. But life goes on….
