FIVE STARS! The BEST Landscaping Contractor Services in the GTA. You will not be disappointed with this company. I have used Porter Landscaping twice and at 2 different homes. And although both jobs were roughly 10 years apart, Jason and his team delivered quality work both times. When you contact Jason through email or phone, he is prompt to respond. He takes special care in understanding your needs and budget. Thankfully, Jason has artistic flare and creativity. He was able to envision what we wanted, at both homes, and delivered absolutely stunning results. His crew was on-time every morning. They were cognizant of the municipal noise by-laws and made sure that the work started and stopped within the specified times. Jason and his team are polite, friendly and professional. They were meticulous at ensuring that all aspects of the job were done perfectly. And after the job was complete, Jason and his team cleaned up all the debris, garbage and leftover product. They were fully aware that concrete dust had gotten on our neighbour's vehicles during the job, so Jason graciously and generously gave our neighbours car wash tickets. I don't think I can say enough great things about Porter Landscaping. They are definitely a cut above the rest. Porter Landscaping is the only landscaping contractor that we will use. We hired porter landscaping to transform our front and back yards (including pool, driveway and front steps) in 2022. Jason was amazing from the outset, handling all the details and coming up with a design we loved. The crew that worked were great too. They were on time everyday and stayed with our project until completion. Our neighbours were also very impressed with the professionalism and the care they took with their property as well.

The front of my house was a weedy mess that looked terrible, until I hired Porter Landscaping. I went along with a reasonably priced design proposal suggested by Jason and couldn't be happier. His workmen are more like skilled stone masons than just landscapers, I watched them work very carefully to make sure they weren't 'cutting corners' and I was impressed by their skill at their craft, and the professionalism that they displayed throughout the job, which was done very quickly and on time. Jason takes pride in his work, and working with Porter Landscaping was a pleasure from beginning to end (which I found refreshingly unusual in contrast to experiences that I have had with other contractors.)

Porter Landscaping recently completed construction of an inground pool in our backyard with a surrounding brick pool deck and retaining walls. We couldn't be happier with Jason and his crew. They showed up in all kinds of weather including rain, snow and heat and were always cheerful. Jason was very helpful in the design process and with making minor changes from the original design to ensure that we were completely happy. The pool has majorly transformed our backyard. They really delivered the wow factor and we have had so many compliments on it. We would highly recommend Porter Landscaping for your next project.

This review is extremely delayed but so, so warranted. Our experience with Jason was easy peasy from the beginning and we are very happy with the whole process. Jason was responsive, professional and patient. I was very indecisive in choosing stones, etc. and Jason never made us feel rushed and helped direct us to pick a colour/pattern that would suit our home and give us the look we wanted.He is right on point with pricing, as we met with multiple companies and he was on par with the others. While he was not the least expensive, we ultimately hired him because we never felt pressured by him and his previous work that we had seen was impressive.Most importantly, the work was done quicker than expected, especially given how cold is was (late November), and we are so thrilled with the result. The before and after photos speak for themselves.Overall, Jason and the Porter Landscaping team did not disappoint, were easy to work with and transformed our home's curb appeal. I recommend Jason to everyone looking to get landscaping and would absolutely not hesitate to hire Porter Landscaping again.

Jason and his crew possess all the characteristics of a 5-star company - from start to finish. His work day started on time and ended with a thorough clean up.It was easy to talk with Jason about all aspects of the plans. He is forthright and knowledgeable. The final product is perfect. We have worked with Porter Landscaping on several projects in two different homes. We liked that when we built our home in West Rouge that the landscaping was the icing on the cake. Jason and his team are hard working-on time-safe and punctual - in some cases they even brought in garden experts like Down the Garden Path -Joanne Shaw to work with us recommending care free garden designs. We couldn’t be happier with the transformation of our front walkway that Jason and his team created for us. The process from beginning to end was seamless and Jason made us feel very comfortable throughout it all. His willingness to meet with us (on more than one occasion) along with drafting up multiple visual renderings to eventually coming up with the approved plan and finally to hand select the materials with him was reassuring to say the least.
