Wimpys serves overdone fries, frozen vegetables served soggy

The Whimpy Brantford store is falling apart it's has a huge cockroach problem getting on the dishes and food supplies the servers are not getting their tips the store is keeping them. it's actually sometimes costing them to work there. The servers themselves are amazing. Was going there for years but not anymore.

Sent them an email about my 7 year old getting sick 20 minutes after eating at one of their establishments. They did not care enough to even respond back.

I usually go in to purchase my make up and some essentials.

Our experience at the Huntsville Wimpey's was such a disappointment. I took my grandchildren out for dinner wherever they wanted to go.Awesome greeting from a nice server and she gave us the requested table. She took our drink order and right away she brought them.Our assigned server never introduced herself but took our order. She commented to my 5 yr old grandson as how she really likes the kids cheesy cheese pasta as he had ordered that. I ordered a hotdog combo and my granddaughter the kids breakfast.A long wait later (2 other tables only in there so not sure why?.)The order finally came after the kids asking politely a few times when dinner was coming . Only one order was correct, she ordered a burger and mashed potatoes for my grandson whom she made comme nt to about the cheesy pasta! My hotdog combo oh my, it was swimming in condiments and the wiener was so cold.I asked for a new or reheat on my hotdog, she blatantly told me my plate was hot so the food would be. I asked her to temp check it then ?She took both orders back and then we heard her clearly, omg this lady wants a new hot dog" .

Had a problem with Belleville location try call head office to resolve leave messages no return of call. It’s now Wednesday problem happened Sunday. I always thought franchising meant quality control I guess not

I posted this Feb 14 2020 on Wimpys Belleville page with no comment so I thought you should know.It had been a while since my daughter and I had been to whimpys in belleville so she decided to treat me to a valentines dinner. We arrived and the server Fahad seemed supper eager to get everything going and was very impatient. We ordered our drinks super quickly because he didnt seem to want to give us a chance to even look. Then after getting us our drinks he asked if we were ready to order and we said not yet shortly after that he came back and asked again and once again we said we weren't ready. The next time he came back we were finally ready to order, I got the jr. Whimpys burger with philly cheese toppings, my daughter ordered a jr. Hamburger with the works except onions along with a fry and a poutine. The fries and poutine came out pretty quickly and were pretty enjoyable aside from the gravy being lukewarm. Then our hamburgers came out. We finished our fries and went to eat our hamburgers and then my daughter noticed there was an abnormal amount of onions on a hamburger that was supposed to have none. It took us quite some time to get Fahads attention to try and get this fixed even though the restaurant wasn't that busy for being valentines day. When he came over he was quick to try and make a fix for it but the fix he came up with was very disappointing. He just switched the top bun and put fresh toppings on it but by this time the hamburger itself was cold so we complained about it and he wanted to zap it in a microwave. We were displeased with this offer and asked for a fresh one at the point he sound reluctant to do so but did and made a nasty face along with it. By this point my daughter was so disgusted at how greases it was that she didnt even want to eat it. We got our receipt and we were let down at the fact we were charged full price for the disgusting meal we encountered
