Access Storage - Kitchener Highland West

The staff members of this store are very friendly. The rates are manageable and the promotions are a way to lock you in. The building is always so well maintained and the indoor loading bays are very convenient especially in those bad weathers!!! Keep up the great work Bab and Maylen

We rented a storage unit from Access Storage - Highland during a home renovation. Initially our thought was to rent for a couple of months but due to the pandemic, our renovation went sideways and we had to leave our things in storage since 2021 to now (March 2023). We are glad we chose Access storage. Getting a unit was a simple and easy process - access anytime was easy with a door/gate code. We had a tour of their clean and spacious facilities and were given the option to choose a unit on any floor. We picked the second level - any level would have been great. The elevators are quite large and they have carts/dollies that you can use for free and help you load and unload quickly. The unit itself was clean and heated steadily and every time we visited the unit, we always found the facilities very clean, dry and well-lit. We paid for insurance monthly just as a precaution but we are happy to report all our items were in perfect condition when we finally emptied the unit. I was surprised by how litttle dust it accumulated and zero zero critters. We definitely recommend Access Storage - Highland 100% and will keep them in mind for any future need.

Staff are extremely friendly and the office and unit space is very clean. Bab took his time to explain the process and answered all my questions. I had one staffer say hi to me by name and I had never met her before. I’m completely in awe about their service. Way to go!

Staff were very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The facility is very well kept, everything in fine working order and kept clean. Signing up yesterday and accessing my unit today were both pleasant experiences and remarkably simple and comfortable.

This place is amazing. We recently had to move and downsize and needed a place to store alot of our stuff ASAP. The staff here are super friendly and helpful, Bab is always smiling, the whole place is well lit and very clean and very secure. I know all of our stuff will be safe here. Highly recommended.

I rented a storage space to use while I’m selling my house. The team there were super friendly and helpful. I was shown different sized rooms so I could decide which was best for my needs. The facility itself is very clean. There’s even a big bay to drive into so you don’t have to move your belongings outside in the weather.

Great service, friendly staff and overall wonderful experience. Storage units are clean and well maintained. We've rented several times from Access - very pleased!

Very nice and clean place, the front desk help was so helpful in explaining everything about the storage rental term and even took my daughter and I on a tour from making sure door code works, showing how to use the bay doors and walking us too our unit.Thanks again ! -Kyle
