LPY Yoga & Barre
I didn't expect to enjoy hot yoga but it was great! The studio is clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The class I took was fantastic! The hot yoga class is pretty intermediate level so probably not a great class to take as a beginner unless you're okay skipping or modifying poses. I live a bit far to visit regularly but next time I'm in the area I'll be sure to pop in.

It feels like the goal is to make people feel excluded tbh - I’ve never once been to a class without someone asking if I was new in a condescending tone and explaining something to me like I’m a child. It feels like people that go everyday don’t want new people to join?! It’s a gross, crowded environment usually and personally I just can’t deal with the culture!
