We were just passing through, and our little trailer broke down. The fellows at the shop went out of their way to find the parts and get us back on the road. The front tire of our traveling companions truck suffered a puncture, and they fixed it for free as a good will gesture. So very happy with the service and pleasantly surprised at the very low bill. Even though they were so busy, they took us in and took great care of us. BTW, the one day delay was a blessing in disguise. Chase is a wonderful little village and we enjoyed our shopping experiences and the camping and fishing at the Lions rv park very much. Many thanks to manager and staff at Integra Tire! We will certainly go back to Chase for another vacation..

Quinton to see how much it cost for a vehicle inspection they quoted me $185 then said the total will be $215 I asked why so much they said shop supplies. Anyway I went across the street and got it done for $150 no shop supply charge

I'm from out of town and last week I was having car trouble. They were great to deal with and helpful finding out what was wrong. But the cost to fix was not worth for what the car was now valued at. I had set up a pick up from their lot to a charity who told me they would contact my sister for setting up the tow and paper work. I informed the shop of the plan/details. No call was received from the shop or the tow and found that the car was stolen the next day. A police report was filed, and found out the shop had it towed without permission or any notification to myself or my sister. I'm sorry, this is unfortunately unprofessional and will not ask them for helpful in the future.

I had a flat tire on my work van and they were able to fit me in even though they were very busy. I found the price very reasonable and I was in and out in under 45 minutes. Thanks very much folks!!!

New to the area and was referred to these guys & gals by a local. Have used their services twice now for my seasonal tire change and today for a multi -point service. Extremely grateful and impressed with their service, professionalism and friendliness, if I could give them more stars I would. They even make my dog feel welcome!!!!

Engine light came on far from a service centre. I had to continue on to my holiday destination but didn't want to drive home 1000 km not knowing what the issue was. Got an appointment with Integra in Chase and thank Wade for being able to get a diagnostic on my car within a few days and Tyler for doing the check and cleaning the problem part. Since the shop couldn't get a new part before my return home, the part was cleaned and then changed when home and no problem since. Great customer service and great advice for my return drive home. Highly recommend this location.

I can't say enough words of gratitude for the amazing service we received at Integra Tire Service at Chase, BC location! We were on our road trip back to Vancouver from Calgary when my 2008 Toyota Avalon's left passenger-side wheel bearing quit on me. We were extremely fortunate that Integra Tire Service was only a few kilometers away and still open on December 30th! The part was ordered, installed, and after a quick stop in Kamloops to drop off the rental vehicle and re-torque Avalon's wheel nuts, we safely made it to Vancouver.
