This shop is a very rare place. A group of mechanics you can trust to do honest work (something very rare in this industry) and provide you with insight on what else needs to be done. Frankie and his staff do tremendous and I would highly recommend getting work done from them. I can’t express how grateful we are for this place.We had a wedding event at the Pipe Shop nearby and our wedding car was a beautiful 1967 lincoln continental. The car was having major issues while braking as we arrived at the venue. I was on the phone calling multiple places to get this issue sorted before the bride and groom would make their exit. Many places said they were too busy or were not able to help with a car this old. I called this place and they were very understanding of the situation and the importance of getting this car going. He told me to bring the car by so they could take a look. As soon as I brought it in, two of them stopped what they were doing to focus on the Lincoln. Found the issue very quickly, explained why it was happening, ordered the caliper bracket bolts in from lordco, sanded down the metal shavings off the brake caliper, checked the other side, bled the brakes and had me back on the road in no time.I made it back before the wedding was over and in time for the exit. They saved the wedding day from disaster and we are forever grateful. Thanks again!

Had an issue with an oil sensor, Krangle Automotive was honest about the repair and went above and beyond to ensure not only the sensor was replaced at a reasonable price but the vehicle was safe. They identified a safety issue that had been ignored by others. They contacted us to notify of the issue and explained the issue clearly before proceeding with repairs. Highly recommend Krangle Automotive to anyone needing repairs.

I can't begin to thank Frank and Dennis enough for the exceptional work the've done to help my old classic van come back to life, I've had nothing but stellar service from them and everyone at the shop. Where to even begin with these guys?I'm appalled. Nightmare service. Literally worse than when I dropped it off.. and they just ditched my vehicle on the side of the road, I had to leave work to come and get it. They took apart the center console and dash and JUST LEFT IT ALL DISASSEMBLED AND SCATTERED AROUND THE INTERIOR. Incredibly unprofessional. I almost feel like I'm a part or two lighter than before I brought it to them. Do yourself a favor and stay far away.

Only place I would trust to send my son’s 2001 JDM. They took care of his car as if it was their own son’s car. I’ve never felt more confident that my son will be able to drive safely on the roads in Northern BC. Thanks Krangle.

Had timing belt replaced but the camshaft sensor or something was not properly installed causing engine light to come on. I took it in about 10 months later and they won't fix it under warranty. I ended up paying for additional fixes for them to charge 1/2 rate on the camshaft sensors. They also charged me astonishing price for coolant, like more than retail.

FANTASTIC customer service. We have been caught in many-a-jam and cool and groovy Dennis and his team managed to get us in last minute AND drive us where we needed to go. Love you guys. Thank you for your amazing service.

Amazing little shop. I had my trucks inspected and fixed here. Always on time, reasonably priced and nice people to deal with.

These guys will keep you going on the road when no one else will. They are the mechanics mechanic. Best in town. Force for good.
