Like the store but the deli staff seem interested in helping on various occasions. We do understand that there are no workers avail but if you don't like your job maybe change it? Jobs are dime a dozen.

Great place to shop this Metro has so much to offer. The staff are very friendly and courteous. There customer service is over the top. The store is bright and clean inside and out. We always love the different departments. When on town you gotta stop here

I wanted to share my story and say a big thank you to the man who returns the shopping carts at the napanee metro. I had run out of wiper fluid during poor weather and was going to try and make it home without it but after taking my cart for me this kind man offered to give me some of his to make sure i got home safe. Thank you so much. I hope i can repay the kindness some day

Love love love the Bakery, always my to go for Birthdays, special occasions, and more! Everything is so fresh and made on location daily.The fresh produce section has wide variety of fruits and vegetables. You're sure to find something to test your palette.Blood oranges are one of my favourites!I refuse to shop anywhere else for my produce and meat, Metro cannot be beat!

Much higher quality than the other stores around here. Staff know their stuff. I prefer shopping during the day when it's quieter. Prices are sometimes a bit more but it seems everyone's are. Meat section is well varied for a town this size and fruits/veggies are usually well stocked and fresh.
