Their on line reservation system doesn't work. I was charged $356 for a $165 rental 2 nights with a Fiat. They never emailed the receipt, multiple requests. Then whole place closed for two months then re-opened. Their shipping container office was even boarded up. Pretty sketch.

The worst experience I or my friend have ever had renting a vehicle. Literally a nightmare. We were given an illegally rundown car with serious problems, from the dashboard lighting not working at night to the transmission failing constantly (first time it happened was on the highway, almost causing a collision). When we told the owner he coldly brushed our concerns off. The cherry on top was the per-kilometre rate is exorbitant, ended up paying 2.5 times what we thought it would cost - for a car that literally almost killed us.

Gerry is amazing. Very helpful every time I've rented here. The cars are always clean and in great shape. Also fully gassed up too, so I don't have to waste time fill up when I drive off. I'd highly recommend renting wheels here!! Great rate!

Cheap Clean Reliable cars, and friendly service.My partner and I rent from these guys all the time and Gerry is always really accommodating and friendly. We've sometimes needed to pick up cars early or drop them off on holidays and they are reasonable with their flexibility.we also took one of their new cars all the way to Cincinnati and they were ok with us doing so, and they gave us a great rate on mileage.We've also never had any issue with the cars themselves. some are older, but they are still reliable and often cheaper.great for weekend trips

Great first experience! I rented a medium car for two days, and they gave me a Honda Civic that was pretty new, clean, and very easy to drive. Drop off was easy (there's a key drawer for after hours), no hidden fees, excellent price for the rental. NOTE: Pick up took much longer than expected. It was Saturday morning, so it makes sense that everyone is picking up their rentals; make sure to plan for that!

Recently rented a 16ft truck for a move. Everything went smooth and fast, truck ran great and the return was easy, even though I was an hour late. Would highly recommend anyone looking for a truck or an alternative toU Haul.

I rented a minivan for a 10-day family trip and had a great experience with Ernie. He was completely transparent and helpful, the price was really good, and the van was perfect for our trip. I hadn't heard of Wheels 4 Rent even though I had walked by their location in Kensington Market a bazillion times. I'm happy to have found such a treasure and will definitely make them my go-to for renting from now on.

Amazing customer service, location and price! A few days ago I had a last minute need for a truck rental. Gerry, was incredibly helpful and patient, answering all of my questions and was respectful of my predicament. He stayed late to ensure I could get the vehicle in time so I could get to my destination on schedule. Gerry's friendly nature and supportive customer service went a long way. I could relax knowing I was able to get the job done, and within budget with no hidden costs or surprises!I appreciate Gerry and the team at Wheels 4Rent, I definitely recommend it!

Gerry is an absolute pleasure to deal with! My partner Daniel and I have rented from Wheels 4 Rent for over a year now and book with him whenever we need a car. From basic used cars perfect for a weekend getaway, to new cars like the 2018 Kia Forte we drove all the way to Ohio in the spring, Gerry has something for every occasion and the prices are great. 10/10 would recommend (and do, often!)

We rented from these guys last year and they were really good. They didn't have a car to fit our needs, so they bumped us to a van for the same price as the car. The only thing they didn't mention to us was the $500 deductible that was needed to rent the car. Also being under 25 and no one else would rent to me because I needed my own insurance, which doesn't make sense since I don't have a car, it was great to find these guys that would rent to me.
