I'm not sure how this place retains its ratings considering their 30-minute seat policy and rude staff. They actually enforce it when no one is coming into the place. The interactions with the owner was abrupt and rude.I'm assuming the low quanity of 5 star reviews are either fake or friends posting for the place. Over time, im sure this place will drop to 4 stars if not less.The guy actually forgot to make someone elses drink which was quite comical.Will not be returning, lmao.

I never leave reviews, but this store deserves one. I stopped by this tea shop while visiting Vancouver for the day and, without exaggerating, it has changed my life. Tried the cold blaster and the blueberry tea and both are legendary. I really did not know tea could be so flavorful and filling. If you at all able to get to the O-Cha Tea Bar, I am BEGGING you to do so! The owner is very personable and helpful if you have questions.

I've been coming here for years and it never disappoints. They have every tea that you could want. The Cold Blaster is my personal favorite during the winter months. The shop is owner operated and you will always find his smiling face behind the bar. Keep up the great work Wilson!

The best tea in the city! Great value too. I‘ve been coming here almost every week for almost four years now (see my photo collection). Wilson is the friendliest business owner I know and goes out of his way for his customers. Whatever tea you want, if he has the ingredients, he will brew it just the way you like it. His signature cold blaster tea is a great choice for the rainy season (or hangovers!), although I personally like the latteas the best. Consider getting your matcha latte here next time - it’s made with actual matcha and you support a local business!

I have been coming here for years! The cold blaster tea, Hermes Orange, and my “red velvet” tea (raspberry tea & chocolate) are my favourites! The Tuna-melt sandwich is heaven in your mouth, and the grilled coconut bun is such a nice light snack. Wilson is so great to chat with, you will not be disappointed with Ocha-Tea Bar!

My favourite place for a peanut butter banana smoothie. Wilson is always there, smiling, joking and cheerful. Been going here for years off an on and the service is always great. Not surprised it’s always busy, and totally worth waiting if there’s a lineup. Try the Cold-Blaster- it’s legendary!
