Dartmouth Crossing

Out shopping and realized we were overdue for an oil change. Got in the line and we were done in under 30 minutes. Staff was very polite and thorough. Beside the oil change, they checked wipers, turn signals and topped up wiper fluid. Great and easy place to get an oil change on the go.

I went to Home Sense to find a few cute plant pots. Found 2 that had to leave with me :). Better prices than similar at Home Depot.

Make sure your Google maps is working. Very confusing place to get around. Some good shopping but I've experienced better.

Great selection of stores. Ample parking and multiple entrances and exits from the area.

Stores are easy to find, lots of room for walking. Anything you need for home, clothing, automotive accessories or something for yourself is at Dartmouth Crossing, HRM (HALIFAX) NovaScotia.

We have visited several of the stores at Dartmouth Crossing. Not all of them yet. Generally when we go in to the local shops there the people who work at them are nice and service oriented.Last week we were at the Walmart Store and going through the self check out. The woman who worked at it wasn't very nice to us when we asked her a question on a product my wife was buying. My wife works as a cashier at Superstore and told me she's not very nice as a cashier""

Dartmouth Crossing has a lot of shops, but I'm not sure what the theme is? It seems like two separate discount strip malls surrounded by an outer layer of larger department stores/hypermarkets/membership warehouse/home improvement retail stores and restaurants.I believe there could be a better layout, although that's all part of planning. Anywho, be mindful of when you go as it can be very busy, especially with Costco traffic. Hopefully, some new stores will come in and they will make it more of an outlet center with more discounts prices to offset NS high tax rate on items.LL Bean for instance is full price, but Banana Republic is factory discounted pricing, so little bit of an identity crisis in regards to the overall shops theme.

I think that Dartmouth Crossing as a whole is a great urban shopping district.... As long as you can drive. The layout of the area does nothing for pedestrians trying to do weekend shopping. The Shops section is the only walkable area for pedestrians and yet the public transit doesn't go down that far. I do my weekly shopping here and I like the convenience of businesses for my needs.

Lots of great shops. A lot of different outlet stores. Plenty of free parking. Shops were busy but not crowded. We had out dog with us and were welcomed everywhere we went. Although we were stopped so staff and shoppers could pet our super cute dog, he didn't complain about the attention at all.

Great area for shopping, and dining! Easy to get around, plus convenient bus service around Dartmouth Crossing.If you need shopping done I definitely recommend Dartmouth Crossing, from your sports stores, to electronics, to home improvement, to clothing, device repairs, and good food.There are many stores in Dartmouth Crossing that will suit your needs. I find myself wandering around Dartmouth Crossing going in store to store.Another plus is the maintenance staff keep Dartmouth Crossing clean and maintained.
