Grassed outlook with a tiny walking loop, with access to the shoreline trail. Popular for dog owners and lawn Bowling. Enjoyed all year but trails are not cleared of snow in winter.

My family home is next to the park. Grew up in this area. This park was great at one time, had picnic tables, firepits, beautiful flowers, bathrooms etc. Stairs down to the beach area. Unfortunately this park has become neglected over the years by the city, once Lancaster became part of Saint John, like a lot of the Westside has. It's a beautiful area. All that is left in the park is a outdoor bowling green, that has been maintained by the people that use it. It's basically become a good to place to walk your dog. The beach area is beautiful.

Looks like this is a party beach for grads. Spray painted rocks everywhere. Unfortunate.
