my familly has been spending tons of money i mean thousands and have delt with broken items that says working and items that were not like the one displayed and new items that were infack very used. We let it go but no more the people must know and you must close your doors.Please do the world a favor and stop ripping us off.

REMEMBER there is a reason item goes to this auction ?bidding on line - one name bidding on all items ??several paid times was not given to me ---2 years after expiry date food was sold to me no return , missing items in box ....AUCTION CANNOT SELL FOOD , this guys sell expired ones ?3 years ago they sold a bed for me $150 , never paid me - auction policy is $500 up then u get paid - their pocket policycareful, no cheap is perfect no perfect is cheapstaff family or friend, expired food suppliers leave 5 star review, of course , who else :>

Satisfied in doing business with this auction Great auction. Great value for money paid. People should inspect items before bidding and buying, which is just common sense. Friendly and helpful staff. Will buy again.

UPDATE...Perfect answer I see you say that a lot .you guys are ripping people off ...perhaps just extremally lazy to put in the effort.

I gave em a shot for the 1st time last week.I bought a lot of store return juicers (3) and a radio.2 of the juicers are complete, the 3rd is missing half of the attachments making it useless but 2 outta 3 isn't too bad I suppose.Now for the radio; they COULD have (like the juicers), disclosed the condition (of if anything was missing) but it had a screen protector on it.When I opened the box the radio was just tossed in there vs using the included foam to secure it, brilliant.I noticed right away the protector was roughed up in the corner & when peeled back the protector, I discovered the upper left corner of the screen was totally broken (glass broken & missing) and 2 cracks which travelled from that break across the screen.Why would you sell something obviously broken & not disclose that? It would have sold for far less, or not at all, if so.Not testing it is one thing (takes time & when you have so much to sell I get it) but a quick inspection would have disclosed it was clearly cracked & then noted that in the auction details.Big Valley auction takes the time to test every item & discloses any issues so a few seconds to inspect & some honesty goes a long way for repeat purchases & good word of mouth.I do not think I will buy from them again, live & learn.EDITED to reply to comment.If you do not have the time to inspect or test every item then how would you have the time to answer calls or emails regarding questions about an item?I cannot view anything personally as I live on the Island.I never bothered to contact you because of your very own rules:There are no warranties or guarantees

Thumbs up for this auction company. I purchased a hose reel that was damaged. I contacted Jim Cotton regarding this and he was considerate enough to exchange it for a new one. I have been buying from Cotton auctions for a while and this was the only problem I encountered so far. Friendly staff

Garbage and lies is what you get .save your money and your sanity .these guys are epic rude.
