Don't normally use car washes but we started to develop some winter grunge....and... A premium car wash didn't help at all.

Does a passable job of washing car to a non-dirty state, but nothing more. That’s to be expected I suppose, since it’s automated.

Shell touchless car wash
Have used this car wash in past for a nice wash. But yesterday's wash was not the best. Windshield still had a film on it after the wash and car was still mostly wet after the 60 secs of dry they allocate. Some maintenance is probably needed to fine tune it.

Very disappointed.. it barely washed the front of the car.. without even reaching the rest of it, not even one drop of water.. At least I got a refund. Will never use again.

I didn't know you had to prepurchase a ticket, and when a kind stranger offered to go buy me one so I didn't have to leave the line, they said the system the use to generate car wash codes was down so we both had to sheepishly back out of the line upI'm sure it's fine but how could I give it anything other than one star

I use this location a lot for getting my car washed when I come into Victoria. Conveniently located right on the island highway when coming into the downtown area. Gas station, store, and carwash. I have always found the staff to be courteous as well.
