Corporate Stays Laval - Furnished Executive Apartments

So difficult to work with, last week I inquired about a two bedroom condo and asked for pictures, I received pictures, I then have to beg to see the apartment before committing to a four month agreement, once they finally agreed to show me the apartment at 9 PM, it’s completely different than The pictures. Come to find out the apartments in the pictures is a completely different unit and if I want the unit that was shown in the pictures I now need to pay $300 more per month, although a price was agreed-upon for the apartments in the pictures before the visit.Now that I reluctantly agreed to pay the surplus for the unit that was show to me in the pictures, I’ve asked to visit the unit (to avoid the same issue that just happened) they are refusing to let me visit the condo & say I have to pay for it before seeing it….If the unit that was shown to me at 9pm would of been the same unit in the pictures & if they would of just le me visit the actual unit that was in the pictures, this negative review wouldn’t be here. I don’t think what I’m asking for is unreasonable , I just wanted to personally see the unit that was shown to me in the pictures before committing to 4 months…. To much to ask for apparently !All that to say, they are VERY difficult to work with, promise one thing and provide another. And Jack up the price … honestly seems like a fishy way to conduct business. And I’ve read a couple reviews about them doing the same to others!!!

I recently stayed here with Corporate Stays on an extended trip with work. It made a huge difference for me having the full kitchen and all the comforts of home because I was there for a while. I'd definitely recommend looking at this option over a regular hotel.

If you ever visit Laval for leisure or business, I recommend you to stay with Corporate Stays, not only because of their great located buildings but because of their excelent customer service and communication. It was super easy to book and to enter the apartment.
