My wife and I are extremely happy with our new closet. Rob was amazing to work with. He answered every question that I had and was extremely professional throughout the entire process. Before placing my order, Rob worked with me to optimize my closet space and provided a rendering to ensure my closet would meet our expectation. As for installation, the instructions are straight forward and the closet was very easy to install without any cuts needed!Excellent service and a great product. Before I even get into the quality of the product itself (spoiler alert, it’s excellent), the customer service we received from Rob warrants a 5-star review. We opted for the DIY option, and Rob worked with us to create a closet that best fit our needs. He was attentive, without being pushy, and regularly provided updates on our order status. Once it was ready, we were pleasantly surprised by how easy everything was to install. We loved that he even included screwdrivers and drill bits in our order. Not including the time it took to prepare the closet for installation (we needed to paint and fill holes from the previous system), it took my husband about two days to install. We love the finished product and cannot believe how much more room we have now. We will definitely be hitting Closet Express up when we renovate the remaining closets in our home.

I’m so embarrassed with the closets I ordered for my closet, my daughter’s closet and walk in garage closet. It was so easy to pick and choose the layout that works for me and my family and we are very pleased with the results. Basic DIY skills will result in great looking closets. Instructions were well outlined and easy to follow. We just had 2 large custom closets installed in our home. The entire process start to finish was 5 stars! We were very indecisive about the initial design, however Rob was incredibly helpful and went back and forth on our designs numerous times to make sure we were happy.
