Excellent customer service! I went to this location for birthday gifts, and they helped me carry out all of my bags to my truck.

Update 2022: place is very neat and tidy.Some nice Lego box’s here.…….I am subscribed with this store for points so we get coupons all the time. They have a wide assortment of children’s toys, books, Lego, etc.

Its entertainment for young and old. Sometimes I need a lego break, its my way of doing something creative. This is the store its grand and I can loose myself and let my imagination run. Even the staff have smiles. You gotta check it out!

This place is great. The staff know their products, and get what you need promptly and don't try to upsell you with this and that (except I'm coming back for that dartboard Eva, you win) Prices are in line, not boutique prices.Mastermind Toys is a textbook representation of the Renaissance we so desperately need in retail. They are at the top of their game.

Store manager Jessica for this location was helpful beyond words. Going back to November when an order was placed because the website had all the items stocked at this location allowing us to get x savings back when spending over $100 (little did we know that Mastermind head office uses an antiquated inventory tracking system which only updates once per night) only to receive a note after the order was confirmed that at least 2 of the items were not actually at the Orleans store. Jessica stepped in and ensured the savings were provided after Xmas with one of the qualifying items having to be acquired from another Mastermind 500km away! She went out of the way to honour the savings albeit splitting 2/3 of the order with another store. Thank you, Jessica.

We love this place! Best place to find a birthday gift, so many items not available anywhere else in the city. Free gift wrapping too!We always find great gifts here. They even had a whole shelf of Bluey items! Great books, STEM sections, costumes, Lego, arts and crafts, coding, Leap Frog, unique board games, outdoor activities (like sleds) and pool toys! Saw huge Our Generation doll display & TY babies/stuffies as well if those are your things.Excellent ample parking, and super kind service. Best toy store in the East End hands down.

Wow factor here. As soon as I walked in, one of the young associates greeted me, genuinely and with enthusiasm, and offered to help me. Every single product I asked about, they had tested and could provide me with the feedback I needed. Wow. Take the time to look at the photos I have posted. This reminds me of Miss Tiggy Winkles, but with amazing customer care, bright and spacious retail space and an excellent balance of older/vintage games to modern sciences and new concepts. They offer FREE gift wrapping services here, for all occasions. There is even a gift wrap paper for Hanukkah. Ample parking. 2 restrooms with changing facilities. Wheelchair access, as there are no stairs. Puts most toys stores to shame(most stores in general!). Prices can be a bit steep, however, they are not selling cheaply made knock offs. Quality merchandise. What a great staff. Highly recommend for all ages this Christmas, and all occasions. The complimentary gift wrapping is year round and comes with so many colourful bows, all shapes and sizes. Lovely. #localguide
