The Nourished Woman, Women's Retreats
My 4th Nourished Woman Retreat and it continues to be fresh & interesting with a variety of workshops that are new or I hadn't tried as yet. Terri and Shannon create a nurturing safe space for self exploration, sitting on the deck by the lake, snoozing in the hammocks; whatever you need you do, no expectations. The location on the shore of Lake Huron is perfect, the lodgings clean and comfortable. The food is excellent and the caring kitchen staff provide options for gluten free, vegetarian, very accommodating. I love it and plan to be there in 2020!!

Last year's Nourished Woman retreat was an amazing indication of the memorable experiences to come on an annual basis . I highly recommend this event!!

The Nourished Woman, Women's Retreats
I had never been to a yoga retreat before so didn't know what to expect. I was also on my own which was also daunting. However, I really shouldn't have worried It was amazing! Terri and Shannon were so welcoming and put me at ease. The venue was beautiful and the company even better. There was so much to do, I couldn't do it all. All in all I had a wonderful time and would recommend it to anyone. I can't wait for next year!!
