Rhyno’s

I had an emergency and used the emergency call out. The on-call plumber was lazy, rude and did everything he could to show his disinterest. He spouted off high $ that was COD. Lazy and unprofessional. One star because he returned my call. Terrible.

I used Rhyno's for installing a hot water tank. I have to say they ripped me off. I am a landlord myself owns many properties in the province and changed many hot water tanks, never had a bad experience. This is the first time I used Rhyno's and they charged me double than what's actually cost to replace it. My tenant called them for servicing the hot water tank, I asked for the charges and they said $762 for the tank and materials and $135 per hour for service. They didn't tell that they charge for travel and truck charges as well. Smart that they didn't go with a tank so that they can charge again for travel to replace the tank. Anyways it took them 1 hour travel and another half hour to tell me that the old tank is leaking that it has to be replaced. Another travel time and 2 employees this time so another 3 hours to replace the tank. I was told that it has 8 years warranty, but charged for that as well. Got the bill of $1,800 plus. I contacted them to reconsider the bill, it took them 2 weeks after many emails to say they did a mistake by adding warranty and reduced that and another $80. Now my bill is $1,600 plus. I replaced a tank in my other house for below $1,000, similar situation, the company I used went with a tank and only charged me $180 all together for 2 employees 45 mins each. Please don't use Rhyno's unless you have extra money to give away. The staff I talked over the phone was not professional either.Update: Got a call after 1 week of the review to say, their math is right that they can charge anyone how they like. One wonder the housing and rentals going up, reason is right here. These charges have to reflect in rents unfortunately, and people complaint its owner's fault.Jacob

We had Heat pumps installed and the crew that came to install the system were amazing. (Justin, Colby, Brayden & Mackenzie). We were not happy with the initial way the pumps were going to be installed and all of them went above and beyond to come up with a plan that we were happy with.Great team work guys!Thank youDonna & Ron Dorey

The guys did a fantastic job installing 2 heat-pumps this week at our property. They were polite, professional and very respectful of our home. The installation looks very clean and you can tell they took their time to do it the right way. Thanks for the excellent service!

Justin,Brayden & Justin arrived at our home to install 2 heat pumps. They all were extremely polite, professional and knowledgeable. The 3 worked very hard and cleaned up as they went. Their interaction with me was constant to keep me in the picture as to what was going on. Their instructions on the use of the heat pumps were clear, simple and easy to understand. I called Ryhnos up for a simple job of changing my bathroom and kitchen drainage into my spetic.. At first the dishwasher/ kitchen sink was leaking super bad after the plumber changed the pipes for it... then the next day they cut holes in my vanity in my bathroom. They left it and never told me.So I call them up to fix it and they made me wait 3 weeks. They said they were going to glue wood it in to make it flush and look fairly new and nice still. They lied, they came and insist to my wife that said they were not going to do that. They wanted to spray foam it. They were also very mean to my wife when I was out at work.Do not hire Ryhnos.. they damaged my property and took no responsibility for what they did.

Great service! My sewer lines backed up and needed to be replaced. The staff showed up early and got got the job done quickly without any problems. They explained everything as they were working and fixed some issues that happened because of the original build. Would definitely recommend.

They came to inspect my old and dysfunctional water purification system and took a sample to test the water. Very kind and helpful. I need to wait 2 weeks for the results and then we’ll decide how to proceed.
