Several years ago, we did a facelift to our fireplace but kept the old insert. Last week, that old insert stopped working & so we went to The Fireplace Club (AM Group Heating & Cooling Ltd.). Al was our sales rep & he was great. They even had a sample in the showroom showcasing our EXACT same tile! Al was very knowledgeable, he came out the next day to ensure that our existing structure could accommodate the model we had chosen & he arranged the install for the following week. He called the day before the install to confirm the appt. I was a bit skeptical because I had a feeling that when they took out the old fireplace insert, they would have issues (ie. who knew what the cavity of the fireplace was going to look like & maybe they'd have issues? or maybe the installers would crack some of the tiles when removing the old insert?). But on the day of the install, 2 installers, Reza & Mojtaba came exactly on time at 8:30am as scheduled, they laid down protective sheets from the front door all the way to the fireplace, they did the job efficiently, there were no issues and they even asked if I had a little bit of extra tile and they would fill in 2 small spaces that were missing as they had to remove the bordering marble (as seen in the before and after pics). They explained everything before they left and they left with not a stitch of dust. They were great & the process was seamless. I can honestly say they exceeded my expectations & I wouldn't hesitate to use this company in the future.

Being unable to go into the showroom I dealt with Shervin over the phone. His product knowledge, customer service, and his friendly yet professional manner were a pleasure to deal with. He was able to help me better understand my options while listening to my needs. He also got back to me with further options via email. I highly recommend them for all your fireplace needs. I bought a new air conditioner from AM group.Their sales team was helpful and did a really great job guiding me through the process and helping me decide what to purchase.They had an installer at my home in a timely fashion and he did a great job. Overall a really good experience. I highly recommend!

A great job beginning with visit to our home and full discussion re the product of choice. Two days later the gas insert fire place was installed by a courteous, highly knowledgeable and efficient team. Operation of the unit was explained well and the area was immaculately clean when they left.

What a delight to deal with honest professionals. AM Group Heating now takes care of my furnace and AC maintenance. They arrive at the appointed time (not a seven hour window) and the service technician is an absolute delight. With both cleanings, he took the time to explain how to improve the air circulation in my home so we have even temperatures from floor to floor. The previous company we used (associated with a MASSIVE company that I won’t name) kept telling me year-after-year that I needed a new furnace and AC, even when it was only a few years old. This was mainly due to the fact that it was an older model and very inefficient in that most of the heat it was generating disappeared up the chimney and caused drafts. I decided on a Valor model as I was familiar with that manufacturer. The installation was carried out in a clean and professional manner (this included a chimney liner due to building code changes) and I am very happy with the end result. The fireplace itself has been lovely during the very cold winter we are having. The heat it generates is better than I expected and I can tell by my gas usage that it certainly is efficient - especially compared to my previous fireplace. The people who have seen it have been very impressed and several have indicated they intend to have one installed. My units had to be cleaned after not being serviced for a few years. The technician (Ray) spent extra time to clean both of them instead of immediately suggesting that I replace them. He was pleasant and very efficient. I have been dealing with Shawn for many years and know the he is honest, fair and true to his word. I highly recommend this company.

Shawn and his team are great. They are our main Fireplace supplier for the past 7 years.

We highly recommend these folks. Shawn and Ray are top of the line. We had them put in a new fireplace in our lounge, and replace our wood fireplace with a new gas fireplace in our family room. They also replaced our old air conditioner with a new one and we are very pleased with everything. Their service has been great and they are very reliable.

Shaun was tremendous in helping out with a water heater problem when I was away on vacation. Latermy previous service provider was terribly unresponsive and when called to address a minor issue left me with no hot water at all during some of the coldest weather of the winter. They took too long to return and fix the problem so I contacted AM Group and my situation now is far superior. AM Group replaced two very poorly operating water heaters with a single unit that provides more hot water and costs less to operate. It has made a great difference in the enjoyment of our home. I strongly recommend AM Group.
