Worth the wait! I love my interlock and landscaping they did. They did a great job and the cost was very reasonable. Very nice and personable owner and staff.

Gave them one cause I'm generous left them a message to call about some work, they didn't even call me back great business practice. Definitely want to do business with these guys.

Didn't even reply to my email...heard nothing from them

Stilescape truly took my idea for my dream backyard and made it a reality. I' am truly amazed with the quality and professionalism. They were not the cheapest option, but the quality of their stone, and the skill of their installation made it well worth the investment.

Poor customer service – once they have your money, they no longer care about you.In 2015, we hired Stilescape to put interlocking on our front patio for $7000. They did a great job. Between 2015-2017, there was some shifting of the stones and we called them out to fix it two times. This took several calls for them to come out, but they did eventually come.In 2019 we hired them again to put more interlocking on the side and back of our house for another $13,000. In 2020 they came out for stone shifting and that was the last time they’ve come out.I have called and emailed several times with no reply. This went on for months. Between April 2021-October 2022 (18 months), I left 8 phone messages and 2 emails. I mentioned that we’ve tripped on the stones. My elderly mother fell on one of the shifted stones.In October of 2022 I went on their website and requested a “new quote”. I used my husband’s phone number. Lo-and-behold they called his number within 2 hours.My husband gave them our address and Jeremy showed up in 2 days to do the quote. I’ve never met Jeremy. I wasn’t sure if he’d made the connection and I did not mention anything. I walked him around the house and showed him the shifting stones. He commented that whichever company did the work for us, they did an awful job! (Now that’s funny.)I told him that it was HIS company that did the work and we’ve been trying to get a hold of them to come back out to repair it. We were willing to pay for the repairs if we were past the warranty period. We weren’t expecting it for free. He was shocked and embarrassed. He made up excuses that the company changed hands during Covid and they went through a transition. He assured me that they would make it right and it would happen quickly.At no time did Stilescape ever tell us how long the warranty was. It was my fault for not asking.By March of 2023 (5 months after he came out), still no response. I have emailed 3 times with no reply.My last email in early March of 2023 asked them how on earth they’ve stayed in business this long if they don’t reply to customers. This email prompted a reply with a ridiculously high quote over $5000 to fix a few shifting stones. No apologies for the delay in the quote.I have seen Stilescape at York Regional Police headquarters and at my daughter’s school doing work. I guess they work with big companies but not with the little people that only drop $20,000.We’ve supported this business. We’ve recommended them to so many people (prior to 2022). It’s sad that they’re so quick to grab your money and equally as quick to drop you when they can move onto bigger jobs.We have given this company two years to redeem themselves and they have failed miserably.I will never call Stilescape again. Nor will I recommend them.
