I really don't like to complain about restaurants. I don't. And I rarely do. But the experience here was truly awful. Ordered on the website app for pickup. Showed up. The place was in disarray: one table served and otherwise empty, and Skip and other delivery services waiting three deep. Was told my order would take an addition 25 minutes. I complained about this. Lots of apologies, but I was not going to let that go. While the owner helped roll my order (which was a large one), I watched, with disgust, the front counter staff completely over their heads. They had no idea how to put together orders, and the counters were gross. Food scraps laying about, trays piled high with used orders, food being touched without washing hands in advance and no gloves -it was unhygienic and really gross. Finally, when they put it all in two bags, I had to go through it with them TWICE to make sure the order was complete. They threw in an order of Edamame (microwaved in front of me.) The food was ok. But I will NEVER go back there. You safety and cleanliness of the place was just not up to code.

A cool little place to satisfy your sushi craving. Fish tasted mostly fresh and the sushi was average. The price is very reasonable and you can really afford to order a few dishes to try without worrying too much about the bill.Their quantity is pretty good, particularly for the salmon teriyaki with stir fry we ordered. The two salmon pieces were on the bigger side and the rice and veggy quantity was actually more than one person can finish.Staff are polite and friendly and we liked their service. The place has a modern and trendy vibe geared more towards the younger crowd. The music felt a little too loud. They also gave us free icecream for dessert! I'll probably be coming back here to try their nigiri and udon.

I’ve been going here for several years. My favourite sushi place in the city!!! Great vegetarian selection too. Unfortunately they forgot the soy sauce one time when we ordered take-out… kindof a disappointment. But other than that, the food has always been amazing, both take-out and dine-in!!! Thank you!

Got take out. Three items and only received one soy. It's an important part of the meal hence the rating.My friend also got three items and same thing. One soy.Can't fathom how that is appropriate.Do people not have soy and wasabiThat deserves rating. I'd have been alright not getting chopsticks than missing soy sauce.DisappointedFood is great.Lack of sauce.....What would Gordon Ramsay sayUnacceptable

Sushi was okay fresh but portion on the smaller size for the price. I went for Korean dishes and was told there were multiple items sold out despite it was only 5pm. A bit disappointed. Seating is spacious and has good A/C. Staff could be friendlier though while we paid the bill up at the counter.

Terrible packaging for delivery, shusi rolls jammed so tight you can't get them out. Some rolls are half uncut and most are rolled so loose they are falling apart. The Korean wings were so overcooked the meat almost disappeared inside. Absolutely disappointing.

We have been looking for PROPER sushi since Meiiji closed down. Tried many. Couple came close but dropper the ball all over the court. Who opens at 11am and closes at 7pm. Wont deliver and cant dine in. Anyway Wakoya blows everyone outta the park. Everything was fresh melt in your mouth. Tightly rolled with zero falling apart. Realistically sized not make for a hulk sized mouth. Presentation looking stunning!!! Absolutely amazing!!!Thank thank you!!!!!

This is my sushi place! They have the best rolls! The selection, quality, quantity and price for what you get is super great! I won’t eat at any other sushi places now!
