I met with Jaclyn for a consultation and she was very welcoming and knowledgeable, her passion for her work shows and I am very excited to start my treatments with her. Will be recommending to everyone I know.

I recently had a consultation to remove spider veins on my nose. The staff was knowledgeable and personable. They were able to remove the veins right on the spot. There wasn't much discomfort during the laser procedure, and it couldn't have taken more than 20 minutes. I would highly recommend their services if you have an issue with spider veins.

When it comes to Laser Hair Removal, Mel is your girl! Very passionate and knowledgeable about what she’s does. Extremely professional, friendly and personable. Nothing about the appointment is awkward and always cares about your comfort throughout the appointment. Would recommend her to absolutely everyone

I started my journey with Complexion on June 30, 2023. I had been contemplating the services for some time as I have been going to We Fix at that location for Physiotherapy. On that day, I thought I had an appointment and realized upon arrival that they were closed. It so happened that Mel and the Team were in the office for training that day. I indicated my interest and Mel took me to their room to present me with some brochures on various services and to book a consultation. As it happened, I was offered, right then and there a consultation and also to experience my first session of ID and Electronic Muscle Stimulation. I must say, it was not only a great pleasure to meet all the wonderful Ladies, but to sign up and participate in what is not only a service but a journey to well being, health and self fulfillment and care.As of this writing, July 6, 2023 and only one ID session and 2 muscle stimulation sessions, I have already lost 10 pounds in less than a week. My skin is tighter around my abdomen, my clothes fit better, and my sciatica has been improving as the muscles around that never are helping to build the support needed to carry oneself. Subsequently, I have started the Medical skin care regime, included my arms in the program, and will be looking at procedures to improve my skin appearance and lines and wrinkles. To all reading, please take a moment for yourself and research and take the time to investigate what Complexion may have to offer. Although results are quite immediate, this has become a journey for me to looking and feeling my best. The Team is like no other. They are gorgeous, sweet kind and caring individuals who believe it what they are doing. By the way, all are Clients too. At no point was there pressure sales or obligation. Simply, a true desire to be part of a significant and wonderful journey to helping me accomplish my goals. The transformation is not only the physical, but also the mental and emotional benefits that are just inherent in the care, support and kindness genuinely exuded upon your first interaction.The story has only just begun. 100%recommend Jaclyn! She really loves her work and it shows. This is my first time for IPL treatment. Jaclyn did it very carefully and every step on this treatment she wants to make sure I will get the best results. I have 2-3 more times to finish my session of treatment and I really do hope that the results will be incredible satisfies.

I had an Aviclear laser treatment and would highly recommend it! I found the procedure to be almost painless. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Overall a wonderful experience. I cannot wait to see the long term results!
