Fantastic cuts, trims, and chill staff. Otis was my barber and he gave me the best hair cut and beard trim I've ever had, no exaggeration, he is great. My go to place when I need to look presentable and fresh.

Love this place. Everyone is so friendly and it's easy to book an appointment. Never had a bad cut. My Barber is Luke. It's a little pricey now, but not bad for the work you get done.

First time visiting Xclusive Fades Richmond Hill. I had been looking for a location since the pandemic shutdown my usual go to spot. FriendIy, professional and clean establishment. I called in advance to book a time and be Covid considerate. I had my first cut in 6 months from Otis. He did great job and I would highly recommend for people in and around the area looking for a quality experience.

I asked for the top to be cut off, but the barber didn't. Said he left it there so I could do a little ting with it". I think he was just tired and lazy. I usually get my hair cut once a month and its been annoying dealing with two months of growth. Nice fade though."

Will not go back!Booked an appointment, arrived 15 mins earlier. Waited for 1 hr and left without a haircut!No one greets you when you enter the store. Smells terrible inside, like they have been smoking all night inside the store. Their work maybe good but definitely not a good vibe inside.

I've been going here consistently for the past 6 months so in total 6 haircuts/fades. Each time the work that was done deserved more than the price of the haircut. At least that's how I feel thus me always making sure to add a generous tip for these guys. I just appreciate good work, thanks again Cameron for the best haircut/fade!I've had both Luke and Otis cut my hair as well and both I highly reccomend as well!Just a good place to get a professional barbershop haircut/fade.

They do not honour the prices from their website! Saying it has not been updated, for me that is unacceptable for a business to draw customers with low prices and then say after the cut that they will not honour the price they list online.
