I have been with RBC/ Aviva for more than 10 years ; the customer service has not been improving . After asking for an adjustment on my auto premium because of Covid 19 and the cars not being used much , they said there is no adjustment that can be done .I am so happy because i got better home and auto coverage at a better price . Thank you Belairdirect.Ron
